Best server host! Had a fun time with my friends on the minecraft server.

I am really glad about how well the staff figured out what the problem was with my Minecraft server even though I am not very good at explaining:) Also really friendly and kind 👍

The servers run very well, and are easy to set up. Additionally their customer service is amazing, with them having multiple points of contact and they respond quickly!

I was having some issues setting up a Minecraft server so I applied for a ticket almost instantly I get a reply and in only 10 or so minuets they had my problem fixed

I believe there service is some of the most professional I’ve seen when it come to Minecraft server hosting. Their rates are reasonable and I especially love the almost total control they give the client over the server files and configuration. I also have loved working with the server console interface as it is mostly intuitive if you have any experience with networking, and if you don’t their discord support is great. I still wish their was a bit more info on the website and in the console about a couple of things: what the cpu boost does as while I mostly understand the benefit of more cores I understand some may not, short descriptions of what each config. setting does(in the console), and especially a clearer button that allows you to reset the server files in the console, as while the feature exists, it is convoluted as you first have to delete all the world files and then reset the server. While, again, the discord support is awesome, I believe the best customer support is no customer support.

Setting up a crossplay server and keeping it updated has been a breeze, plus their helpdesk staff (through discord at least) has been very helpful on just about everything regarding the server itself, including plugins. Have had a little trouble with consistency with their helpdesk, but they have pulled through in the end.

This site is absolutely fantastic, cloudnord.net. Their products as well as customer service meet all standards. As soon as you open a support ticket, it takes no longer than 5 minutes before you get a response from one of their admin/customer service staff.

I had to set a Minecraft server for some friends a couple months ago. I had no idea how to do this at the time. CloudNord made it so easy and seamless in setting up the server. I had no problems with it at all going into it with barely any knowledge on how to do so. On top of the user friendly client they have for the server, their customer service is outstanding. They are so quick to get back to you in Discord regarding any issue. What I love most is it doesn’t feel like you’re dealing with a big company, rather more like a family owned business. If you want a server host that will actually care and have good customer service, CloudNord is your guy. Any future hosting I do, I will without a doubt be going with CloudNord.

Great service since the beginning! QUICK startup, various price points, and easy to use console. No issues at all with even with multiple members online. When an issue did arise it was resolved within minutes. Highly recommend hosting your server through cloudnord!

The staff is pretty helpful when u need them

im a beginner hoster and the discord support has genuinely been a lifesaver + the prices are really good for the services especially with the discounts they give
