I bought a server, before that I consulted via online chat and they explained everything to me and explained everything. Thank you very much for the dedicated server, it works very well, we'll see if my opinion changes in a month.

first off the service is not good i kept getting dropped stream. I wasn't getting customized players, i wasn't getting my streams on social media after if you look on the plan you guys provide that and then you dont want to refund me i want my service to be canceled and refunded right away. this company cost me so much money. I had the best plan im taken this review on social media too.

I can order a custom configured server in a few hours.

My order was handled with precision and arrived very vast and as promised when making the order. Everything arrived well packed with additional attention because of the fragile products that I expected. Extremely pleased with my order, the website of the company had very helpful description of the products that it sells, additional points for that.

My first call to setup the service was easy and straight forward. I would recommend.

Their service is garbage.
I put around a thousand dollars on my account, bought 2 servers. After around a week, one of the servers went offline, without any notification about it.
They didn't explain why it happened, didn't return any money, didn't explain why it would not have happened in the future.
Then, 2-3 week later, the second server went partially offline. I mean, incoming internet worked but the outcoming didn't.
It caused an outage in my services and money losses.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

there was a little delay to setup server but may be my unusual request. Without claim at least the server was up! Good communication and professional service. Good and serious company.

I have been a customer of this company for several years now. There’s been several times that I was unable to log into my account. In one case it was my error in the configuration files. I contacted tech-support and the problem was fixed within a day. Recently, I ran into another issue of not being able to login to my account. I contacted tech-support and the problem was solved in less than 24 hours. The technician had to reinstall the entire system and now I have no problem logging in. It is very possible that there might’ve been a break and attempt to compromise the server as of this review system is running perfectly with an updated operating system I would recommend serverroom.net for anyone who needed a dedicated server.

We've been using Server Room for the last year now, and we've had a great experience so far. We've tested different dedicated servers with GPUs and the reliability has been excellent. Our account manager is very responsive. We're satisfied with the service provided.

Horrible service I purchased a dedicated Vmware server from them with Raid 5. 3 times I had issues with it and it was giving of a storage alert and the 3 times it went down and they repaired and not replaced the drive till the 4th time it failed raid 5 and I Lost all my data. This is not a reliable service they don't monitor they don't fix issues when it reported as i did 3 ties with disk issues and outages. They use old failing hardware. STay away from this company

4 Days ago, I order server! Not at all used because expired password. They reinstall, same issue. They try charge me 29.99 for password reset. Support also slow.
