I’ve had the pleasure of being a beta…

I’ve had the pleasure of being a beta Serverside client for the past six months, and I haven’t looked back. The service has been rock solid, and their customer support is just as impressive.

Like any beta environment, I ran into a couple of issues early on — one involving a stubborn DNS problem that blocked certificate renewals, and another related to authentication on one of my servers. The team jumped on both quickly and resolved them without hesitation.

Fast forward to today — a Sunday — when that authentication issue resurfaced. I reached out, and the team was available immediately. They got me back into my server and back to work.

Top-tier service. Responsive support. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
