Not a good company I put a bad review on here a month ago I’ve just had Service box ring me and asked me if I would change my review and I said no because I’m telling the truth Service box do not provide a good service they are the most expensive insurance for appliances on the market they don’t tell you when you products Breakdown you have to send them to an address I give you which you have to pay for out of your own pocket I can’t believe they haven’t repaired my two items even though they were sent off so I was £40 out-of-pocket I’ve cancelled my direct debit and they had a cheek to ring me today to ask me to change lies to the public so they’re a good company and they will solve my problem which isn’t true please be aware of this company they will fool you

Firstly, we are unsure who you are referring to regarding the telephone call you mention, as the last recorded contact from our company to you was on 08/05/2026. We have certainly not asked you to change your review, as we have had no contact with you since that date and would only ever ask a customer to consider updating their review once the issues they have raised have been fully investigated and resolved.
As acknowledged in our response to your previous review, the first time we became aware of the issues you have described was through that review. Had you contacted us directly regarding any failed repair or concerns with your appliances, we would have investigated the matter immediately and either repaired or replaced the appliance where appropriate under the terms of your plan.
In our previous response, we specifically advised that if you contacted us, we would reimburse the shipping costs you incurred in sending your device to our technician. We have remained willing to do so. We have also attempted to contact you several times by telephone and sent emails in an effort to discuss and resolve the issues you raised. Unfortunately, despite these attempts, we have received no response from you and no direct contact has been made with us to allow us to investigate the matters further.
We take customer concerns seriously and are always willing to work towards a resolution. However, it is impossible for us to resolve issues when repeated attempts to make contact are ignored and no opportunity is given for us to investigate or rectify the concerns raised.
As previously advised, we remain willing to refund the payment you made to send your item for repair and to review the other matters you have raised. To do this, we simply need you to contact us directly so that we can verify the details and progress the matter.
Please call us on 0800 802 1892 at your earliest convenience. We are ready and willing to assist, but we can only resolve these issues if you allow us the opportunity to do so by engaging with us directly.

service box are by far the best cover I’ve ever had for my household items,I repotted my 55 inch LG tv had been accidentally damaged and all I had to do was send them pictures of the tv screen and back plate and 24 hours later they order me a brand new replacement,will never go with anybody else,service box 💯.

Great service for many years
