We are a team of instructional designers and training facilitators who work to bring brilliant service to the world. Born in 2016 by a small team of hospitality experts, our roles in global hotel companies meant that we knew the impact of delivering brilliant service in hotels ranging from budget through to luxury brands, and we recognised that the brilliant basics of service are common across all customer oriented industries. A fundamental belief of Service Brilliance is that the skills to deliver brilliant service can be taught. We have developed practical, hands-on service training that teaches the skills and behaviours to deliver brilliant service, and we provide an opportunity to practice and embed these skills before they are taken back to the floor. Our training is ideally suited to all customer service industries including hotels, bars, serviced lounges, retirement villages, retail, food and beverage businesses and the car industry.

A course not to be missed!

Was thoroughly impressed with the quality and depth of the course. The instructor Louise brought a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to teaching, making concepts understandable and applicable.

The course was well-structured, blending theoretical insights with practical exercises. The emphasis on practical application was really beneficial, providing tools and strategies that I am now implementing in my professional role.

In summary the course has significantly impacted my approach to service delivery, equipping me with the insights and skills to excel in creating exceptional customer experiences. I recommend this course to anyone seeking to enhance their expertise in this area

Very simple but effective concepts…

Very simple but effective concepts applicable to any industry. Louise is an excellent trainer, full of enthusiasm and skilled at encouraging discussion. The course was very useful and a lot of fun!

Practical and enjoyable course

Excellent training course

Excellent training course. I wanted to freshen up my customer service skills and they provided an easy approach with new insights. An interactive course with plenty of day-to-day examples. The course instructor was wonderful, very approachable. The course gave me the skills and techniques to deliver first class customer service experience. Recommended
