The people working at Samsung were absolutely great! They knew what they were doing, they were friendly to all the customers, and very helpful. I cannot say enough great things about the service and the visit to the store. My phone had to be replaced and it was set up perfectly to the point I didn't realize it had been replaced! I'm very impressed, and the main reason I love Samsung!

It would be nice if there was a service center in Augusta, Georgia. I had to drive to Columbia SC 1 hour away. Once there, I got excellent service and I am quite happy. If there was a service center in Augusta, I would have given you 5 stars. The 1 hour drive to get my phone fixed was not that bad.

The product replacement arrived quickly as well as extremely well packaged. My ability to make the return of my defective item was easier with the box and packaging the same as what was sent along with return label paid. More companies should handle warranty issues like this…100% good job Samsung

If it weren’t for that system issue, I would have had my phone back right on time. The service department itself did an excellent job with the repair. In fact, they replaced so many components that it essentially feels like I received a brand-new phone.
I appreciate the work the technicians did and their effort to resolve the issue despite the system difficulties.
