Taking money from my account using my Mastercard
I've been paying for my electricity by card from England. The company used my English Mastercard details without my knowledge or consent to withdraw the money from my account on the 11th of January. They did it again today, 29th of January, for the same payment. I have contacted my bank to stop the payment. I did not authorise direct debit with them.

This company is almost impossible to get hold of and then they are at best woefully unhelpful and at worst downright rude.
If you see this at SEN then please contact me and provide an e mail address so that we can discuss the problem and resolve it. I won't hold my breath however as you have ignored my previous efforts to make contact aside from a phone call last night when you were less than helpful
