I recently purchased the Chicago sofa , and it exceeded my expectations! The fabric is soft and durable, and the cushioning is perfect for lounging. The delivery was prompt, and the assembly was a breeze. 5/5 stars!

For years I suffered from chronic back pain, making sitting on most sofas a nightmare. But that all changed when I discovered this Ferguson Jumbo Cord Sofa! The firm cushions and exceptional lumbar support are like a dream come true. Working from home used to be a pain (literally), but now I can comfortably put in long hours without any aches or discomfort. It's a lifesaver for anyone with back problems, and the clean, modern design looks fantastic in my living room. This sofa is a true investment in both comfort and health.

Good customer service and really helpful staff.

Partner paid and ordered 3 months ago. Payment taken in full. No Sofa , no delivery date , nothing confirmed. Will now need to contact the bank for a full refund, under goods paid for but not recevied. REF: number. #SL1244

Exactly the same situation , no sofa no response to emails. I have logged a dispute with my d credit card company.
I will never buy on line again, I’ll just go in store and pay a little extra

Like many of the recent reviews would give a negative score if it was possible.
Purchased a sofa online at the end of January and after 3 months of waiting have finally lost patience. So much for the estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days quoted on the website.
The customer service is atrocious with the chat box simply telling you that the delivery will be completed by the end of next week. Even when you speak to a human being they simply regurgitate the same response after apparently checking up on the order.
They then try and tell you they have had problems with their logistics firm but are working to fix this. They don't tell you that the sole Director is also owner of the logistics firm !
When looking on Companies House there is a list of Companies that have been dissolved for the same Director indicating a poor track record and no doubt endless list of unpaid creditors. New company has recently been formed this year in name of The Established House Limited to guess what - selling furniture online.
Best way to recover your money given you will find nobody now answers the phone and emails simply bounce back, is to go to your Credit Card provider and advise them of a Dispute and non delivery of your furniture. This should enable you to get the funds back within 5 business days.

Avoid this company, took payment, avoided questions about delivery, never delivered, would not acknowledge requests for refund, promised twice to refund, waited 10 days no refund, now unable to contact them, not answering phone, no response to emails, nothing at all.

Still waiting for refund 3 weeks on, cannot get a response from a human, not answering phone, ridiculous chat bot churns out platitudes.

Customer service is shocking, ordered beginning of January and still waiting for delivery. Excuse after excuse as to why it's not getting delivered, endless phonecalls and email, told a certain date then another excuse as to why it's not getting delivered again. So frustrating I have requested a full refund. AVOID!!!!

I bought an Oakland sofa in January. The sofa is professionally crafted. I waited to use it before to give a review. It is very comfortable compared to what you can have at this price on the market. You have the comfort of a real sofa. I highly recommend!

Although the order did take some time to get to us and the information regarding delivery could have been a little clearer, the sofa is of very good quality,very affordable and looks perfect in our new home. The delivery team were helpful once arrived

Fantastic experience recieving my new sofa, it's great quality and so soft and comfortable. Sestra Living was really helpful keeping me up to date with my order progress as well as the delivery date and time. The delivery driver was very helpful too and helped me get the sofa in the house. Couldn't recommend them more!

Sofa was better than I could have imagined. Company kept me advised of the delivery date. Thank you. Certainly would buy again from the company. My daughter is now considering getting a new sofa from yourselves.

Quality suite £600 cheaper than another company selling the exact same product. The lady in customer support was very friendly and professional,the delivery man who brought the suite unwrapped it for us and put the legs on it and removed all the packaging. I will definitely use sestra living again

Finally got my sofa's look absolutely amazing finally got through to someone to sort it out for me customer service really needs some work and would be great if you could ring a number that would put you through to someone you could talk to
