Our bought candelabra are after 4 months still not available for collect!

My mother and I bought a pair of candelabra in their November 2025 auction and I'm trying to collect them for months.
Everytime I want to come to collect them they say they must ask an export permit first. Also they state the candelabra are not in their auctionhouse location Barcelona. Now after 4 months I still cannot collect them and still I'm waiting for this export permit. I will advice anyone not to buy from this auction house unless you live in Spain perhaps. So bad communication and service from this auction house. There is no end to this story and we requested a refund of our money. They dont reply to that.
