Avoid avoid avoid at all costs - takes money doesn’t provide service!

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs! Scam operation. Bought a Groupon voucher, had to move it and provided notice and agreed 18 June 2026. I messaged today confirming and was told it was on 17 and that I had missed it. Then told I had cancelled it. I said I hadn’t and wanted to keep the appointment for 18 June. The woman said I couldn’t and refused to provide the service I paid for. I said I would report her to trading standards and Groupon and her response was aggressive saying she has passed it to her legal team, reporting me to the police for harassment when all I asked was for the service I had paid for to be undertaken. I called her and she was incredibly rude, spoke over me and did not listen then said she had another client and then hung up on me. The most unprofessional organisation, I definitely wouldn’t let this woman or company anywhere near your body if she treats customers like this god knows how they get business.

Please look at all 3 bad reviews here…

Please look at all 3 bad reviews here about Seth Aesthetics Clinic who couldn’t get appointments or created a scam. Unknown people come on these public platforms to know more about a business and get opinion from discounted vouchers or can say whatever because nobody monitors these reviews.
None of these are actual paid or honest opinions. Please check out other platforms like treatwell, groupon , even google.
Anyway thank you guys for trying to damage this business where just 3 of you are frustrated and sharing your version of the matter.

DON'T BOOK HERE!

I don't want to share my personal details here nor they should.
I booked an appointment and told them I have seen them on Groupon. We fixed a date a month ago. Today I asked again for confirmation since the appointment would be in 4 days and I have a tight schedule. She replied in the evening that it doesn't work and they could do a day before. I asked why, if it's overbooked. She said the therapist is on leave, sick. I asked, because it was a bit confusing, if she's not sick on the 5th and if another time would work, like 1hour earlier. She got offended and cancelled the treatment. Now I'm trying to get my refund on Groupon just because they didn't let me know earlier that the therapist is sick on the 6th but not on the 5th as she explained. They are highly unprofessional and it seems they act like that often when I read the other comments.

BE AWARE! Avoid purchase any wowchers with this clinic!

Not even 1 star!
Unfortunately the Clinic works with Wowcher and display offers for purchase on Wowcher website without even been verified if they are actually genuine.
Purchased 1 ml Lip filler via Wowcher, contacted the clinic since 28th of May, they book me for the 5th of July...couple of days ago message the clinic if my appointment is still going ahead, and as answer from the clinic: "I was about to inform you we don't do wowcher customers customers, as wowcher is holding our payments".
Not sure why the customer should suffer regarding their dispute...
Why the salon booked me for appoint despite knowing whatever logistics issues between them...
Of course my wowcher is probably expired because of this and I'm hoping to get my full money back and not wowcher credit as they did before....
PLEASE TRY TO AVOID BUYING FROM THIS CLINIC AND ALSO WOWCHER....
VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!
IS IT ACTUALLY A SCAM!

Disappointing experience

I booked an appointment through Wowcher for a waxing and lip filler treatment. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed and emotionally affected.

The waxing was harsh, removing surface layers of skin and leaving my face sore and red for days. I moisturise regularly and do not have dehydrated skin, so this result was unexpected. The filler procedure felt rushed, and the result was uneven and lumpy. I had to pay £180 at another clinic to have the filler dissolved.

I also discovered that my photo had been used on the clinic’s social media without my consent. I politely requested for it to be removed and was told it would be taken down. Despite giving time and asking respectfully, the image remains up.

This review is based solely on my personal experience. I’m sharing it so that others can make informed decisions when seeking cosmetic treatments. I’ve also posted reviews elsewhere to reflect my honest experiences across different services—not to target any individual or business.
