Three collection times given over the…

Three collection times given over the day from SEUR by email; each time after the stated time an email from them stating that I was absent and the packages that I was sending could not be collected:
NB I have been in and waiting, all day (all pre-paid note)!
They lie through their back teeth with absolutely no comeback when we phone: possibly the worst of the worst when it comes to collections & delivery services, yet another day wasted on this completely incompetent, lying company; a note to others: NEVER USE SEUR! Certainly I will never use this appalling company again! Just a pity one cannot designate a negative star as they do not deserve even one star?

Don’t use SEUR

We have now been waiting Home for two days between 8-22. First Day the wrote at 18 that somethingh went wrong. We had to wait two more days before receiving a new message at 16 that our package would be delivered later on the same Day.
At 18 oclock we Got a message that due to a Car break Down the couldn’t deliver. It’s incredible IKEA uses this Company. Find another Company.

Avoid this lazy company

Stay away from this company, absolutely THE WORST! Most of the times when they are just lazy they would say no one was home for the item to be delivered, however they never attempted delivery. This company must be put out of business!

Worst courier in spain

Worst courier in spain, that is a new low of lows indeed.
its not the first time they dont come by when it was supposedly going to be delivered, they where literally around my street the whole day and just went back to office before 18:00. Unfortunately they have some kind of hold or monopoly on the market because many times when you order you cant choose the courier or you choose another one but they outsource to SEUR who has not once delivered to my adress in time , i mean literally not once in the 15 years ive been here. Ive made all the formal complaints multiple times, ive called, you name it. they just tell you some story or worse, they say you are absent and you have to pickup in some remote industrial area +20km away where even google maps gets lost.
AVOID at all cost. The thing is many times you cant, nice monopoly they got going.

They just don’t ring the bell. Twice I waited already all day, they said they missed me, no they didn’t. In the future if I order something on VINTED or Amazon I buy it only if it’s not get delivered from seur

Parcel delivered but really not

I order something from amazon and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Today it was being delivered again and finally (so I thought) I got the delivery notification, I went to the mailbox and nothing, nothing on the cellphone, nothing anywhere. I contacted amazon and they said that the notification of delivery was because the limit date for the delivery was today. So where the hell is my order!!!
This company is a shame!!!

SEUR are liars

SEUR are liars. I ordered an item from Amazon. I received an email at 11:08 the next day from SEUR telling me my parcel would arrive between 12:15 - 13:15. Then at 13:13 I received another email stating that at 14:11 they attempted to deliver my package but there was no on to receive it. They can obviously time travel 58 minutes into the future and back again. I was then forced to go to their website where I agreed to have my parcel delivered to my local pick up point. According to SEUR it was delivered to the pick up point at 19:10. I attempted to collect it this morning but guess what? It hadn't been delivered. I contacted Amazon customer service, told them what had happened and that it was a SEUR delivery. The customer service agent just sighed and gave me a full refund. One final point is that SEUR said the parcel couldnt be delivered because there was no one there - it's a bar and was open from 11:00.

This week

This week, I was supposed to receive a package in my name, but it wasn’t delivered to me! I’ve lost two expensive packages, and no one is helping me! Someone signed for the delivery, but I didn’t receive anything! I am in shock and on the verge of tears! How can anyone choose your company as a delivery service?! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! I want every company to stop working with you immediately!!!!!!!

Just the worst

Just the worst. Liars who pretend they have tried to deliver when they do not. They don't bother to find your address. They send you to pick up your parcel from somewhere miles away instead of doing literally their only job, which is delivering. Parcels remain undelivered, parcels go missing. The worst. Ugh. Do not use them, do not use a company that uses them. Never use them.

You are liars and thieves. I would sooner use a pigeon in the future as they would probably be easier to communicate with. If I don't receive my package soon I am going to go to the police and file a case of theft against you because this is absolute nonsense. Thank you for ruining Christmas and stressing me out so much at 7.5 months pregnant!

VERY BAD CARRIER

An order was placed from VOLCOM with tracking number: 51_1585087001
On Seur's website they claim it was delivered today 12/18, when no one rang at my door, called or NOTHING and I STAYED AT HOME ALL DAY! When trying to search by order number, it gives an error saying that nothing is connected to that number, so it is not possible to fill out the incident form.

An absolute uselessness of a carrier when there is NO customer support.

All purchases shipped by SEUR is a disaster. Last shipment they stated attempted delivery on Saturday. This is a lie. We were home all day. Today Wednesday they state attempted delivery and delivered it to one of SEUR’s pickup points. A new lie. We were home. No SEUR delivery car at our house. Why do they use SEUR for deliveries? This happens all the time. Terrible company

AVOID THEM if you can

AVOID THEM if you can. one of the worst transportation companies in spain i have came across. NEVER onetime and rude delivery staff. they never commit to the delivery date they give you, the drivers actually tick the products delivered whereas you have never received them, and VERY bad costumer service!
I odered a product from AMAZON, they changed the delivery 3 times and never delivered the product.

SEUR is a disgrace to the transportation industry

Avoid them. I have always had problems with SEUR (Spain). Only one of my three different orders arrived. I'll never use the company again if I just have a choice.

They are promising lots of delivery dates one after another, and lying that they visited, but nobody came when I had been waiting in front of my house the whole day. Then they return the packet to the online store and then I have to order it again and SEUR charges again for the transport. Is this their strategy to double their income and to make some more money out of one delivery? After all, this isn't the cheapest option to online stores and they should avoid using this company.

I have spent countless days of my time because of their unprofessional work. They don't answer emails or messages. They don't keep their promises when calling their "secret" customer service. They are trying to block all the ways to contact them. It's easy to guess why.
