Ordered a very expensive trip protection choice plan for a trip to Africa. It sadly did not meet our needs. 3 weeks before the start of the trip (which we had been planning for over a year) there was an Ebola outbreak in one of the regions we were planning to travel. This required canceling that portion of the trip (one week out of a planned 3.5 week trip). We hoped the costs associated with this (approx $8,000) would be a covered benefit. We contacted Seven Corners and received conflicting advice. We were initially told this would qualify as a "trip interruption" and be covered. We then received a phone call reversing that opinion. Apparently "trip interruption" coverage does not begin until the trip actually begins. The only option we had was to cancel our entire trip which wherein Seven Corners would need to reimburse us for $30,000 and our entire trip would be scrapped. There needs to be a better "trip interruption" benefit. Buyer beware of this limitation which amounts to a game of "chicken" with the policy holder.

Luckily I have not had to enter a claim but so far the experience has been good setting up the required policy. Peace of mind having this coverage when traveling.

I had a wonderful experience with Seven Corners! Everyone was very helpful, accommodating, kind, and supportive. They were able to help me get the medical care that I needed abroad, but also helped me with my accommodations as well. I greatly appreciated all of the information that they gave me to get the care that I needed. But I also appreciated the fast communication that this team had via email. I loved having Seven Corners as my insurance and I am forever grateful for this team! Thank you all for your care and for being able to help me!

Easy to use and very professional service. Everything was handled smoothly, and the support team was helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a great experience.

When signing up for Cancel for Any Reason the description should clearly state the trip must be more than 100 miles from your home.

Easy and quick. Got insurance a few days before we went on our trip. Our insurance cards were there same day on our phones.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our cruise because my brother had a dental emergency and infection. We were disappointed, but Seven Corners refunded our entire trip expense. We are both very appreciative.

Seven Corners saved the Day. I called up and spoke to Heather (who is professional and friendly) 6 months ago and explained that my sister and I were taking a cruise in June to Alaska. My sister has a pre-existing health condition but Seven Corners would cover us none the less. Unfortunately, about 3 weeks before our cruise was to take place, I had a dental emergency. Because of an infection my dentist recommend that I not take the cruise or delay it. Seven corners reimbursed all of our cruise. It was not difficult at all to file the claim. We are disappointed about not going on the trip but Seven Corners alleviated any financial losses. Do not hesitate. This is a very very fine company.

Reasonable rates, but the amount we were covered for would only cover 2 hours in a USA Emergency. I really can't comment on anything more as we were blessed and didn't need any medical assistance.
