I can't say if I liked or disliked the coverage. I paid the money and had no medical emergency, so I did not have to use it.

Communicated well throughout the process.
Didn’t need to use any services, thankfully, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Easy to use website. Comprehensive trip insurance offerings. Reasonable prices. Thankfully, did not need to submit a claim. Would use again.

I have purchased travel insurance from Seven Corners at least a dozen times. I had my first claim recently, and they handled it promptly and fairly. Seven Corners is a professional and reputable organization that you can trust.

Seven Corners Insurance has proven to be one of the most useless and predatory insurance companies I have ever dealt with. They rejected every single portion of my claim — not because the facts were unclear, not because the documentation was insufficient, but because denying claims appears to be their business model.
Their responses were robotic, dismissive, and showed zero effort to understand the situation or provide a meaningful explanation. It’s as if they were searching for excuses instead of solutions. I expected professionalism; instead, I received a wall of indifference.
If this is how Seven Corners treats paying customers in moments of real need, then they should be ashamed to call themselves an insurance provider. They failed at every level: ethically, professionally, and practically.
I would strongly warn anyone: Seven Corners is there to take your money, not to help you when it matters.

I liked how straight forward the language was and that I was able to get the insurance I needed. Thankfully, we did not have to use it.

I am sharing this to warn fellow travelers about the unfair claims practices I experienced with Seven Corners and the failure of Squaremouth’s "Zero Complaint Guarantee."
Despite purchasing a policy to cover "Common Carrier Delays," my claim for a 31-hour delay on March 18, 2026, was denied using a General War Exclusion.
The Facts vs. The Excuse:
The Excuse: Seven Corners cited a regional airspace closure notice from March 10 to deny a claim for a flight on March 18.
The Truth: By March 18, the airspace was open. I provided real-time flight logs proving other flights from the same carrier flew the exact same route on the same day.
The Documentation: The airline officially coded my delay as a "Commercial Waiver (CW005-2026)" and an "Involuntary Reroute." The airline treated this as a business/logistical failure, yet the insurance company overrode the airline’s own data to invoke a "War" excuse.
The "Zero Complaint" Failure:
Squaremouth’s "advocacy" consisted of a rubber-stamp rejection. They ignored the technical evidence and the timeline discrepancy (March 10 vs. March 18), siding entirely with the insurer’s narrative over the physical flight data.
The Bottom Line:
If you buy travel insurance today, be aware: If there is a conflict anywhere in the world, these companies can use it as a "Super-Exclusion" to deny your claim, even if the planes are demonstrably flying. You are paying for protection that disappears the moment you actually need to use it.

I always use this company. I never find out if they work or not, but I trust them so you can trust them too.

From beginning to end, this is a well organized company.
The sales rep carefully explained the "new to us" Seven Corners Trip Protection Annual Multi-Trip Plan. It fit our needs very well and gave us one less thing to worry about when we travel. Pay once, all travel is covered.
For the first time ever, we had to make a claim for our planned trip to Greece. My wife had a medical emergency and we had to cancel 30 days before departure. Regent would not do any type of refund so I made a claim with Seven Corners.
The folks at BattleFace Insurance and RobinAssist (claims company) could not have been for professional and efficient. The claim was processed very timely with minimum paper work with no reduction
Seven Corners sold a good product and their vendors really follow through.

This is the only company where you can work with a knowledgeable agent to know exactly what you are getting and how the insurance works.
