Website is easy to navigate and has a wide range of items. The backpack purchased (The Wimbledon) is well made, comfortable in use and lightweight.

Order still not arrived
Order still not arrived, not communication or update regarding delivery. Tracking number doesn’t work. Paid extra for delivery. Shame as the other product I ordered via amazon was well received by my daughter.

Stylish messenger bags
Really happy with my two messenger bags, lilac and black. They're are so well made and so practical. With several useful pockets, everything fits in, and they're really stylish. Great for shopping or the office. I just love them.

This is the third Camden bag I've had…
This is the third Camden bag I've had (sadly the zips don't last forever) and I love it. I would have liked pink and grey but you no longer stock it.
At any rate, the finish is excellent and I am delighted with my new bag.

No refund !
Ordered through Debenhams a royal blue bag for my daughters wedding in May this year. Unfortunately the bag was the wrong shade of blue to match my shoes so I returned the bag in the original packaging to Seventeen London.
When I asked for a return they replied to an email using somebody else's name not mine.
Then when they got the bag back they refused a refund advising me I had used the bag.
I had not used it.
I had ordered several bags/shoes from Debenhams in blue and returned them with no issues. I actually decided to go with silver bag/shoes for the wedding in May and will never use this company again

Easy Ordering for Nice Bags

Excelent quality
I was not sure abour the inside part of the product ( lack of pictures in your website) but my back pack is so beautiful, I received in the correct delivery time and in good conditions. The material and the textile is great, look durable and the stitches looks well done.
The only thing that I will improve is that if you uses a laptop (like me) you can only use 1 of the bottle pockets.
But apart of that really happy with my purchase ☺️

First class experience
First of all, this company sells the most brilliant bags. We struggled to find something 'cool' enough for school that was practical and had 'street cred'.
My daughter went for the Ilford - it has been superb.
Sadly the clip broke but the team at SeventeenLondon were keen to fix the problem, and as the bag was still under warranty they very kindly replaced the whole bag. There aren't many businesses around that do that!
Amazing service for an amazing product.
