I have ordered from them 3 times but very bad after sales customer service.
Seventwilights advertised free postage on my third order however had to pay the charges at the post office as they said they hadn’t paid sufficient fees to cover the item. (Didn’t happen when I paid postage myself) I emailed several times but was told to take it up with the post office, friends of mine bought at the same time and had this same issue and when they raised the issue they were told they would be refunded however I was ignored and still waiting for a response. Sadly not as “magical” as they claim

Magical products love the candles the scents are divine and the crystals are a special touch. Purchased a few things now definitely will order again and the affirmation cards are a lovely little touch,if you haven't tried any of the products I would recommend you make a purchase you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful candles, quality crystals & super customer service.

This is my 2nd candle from seven twilights the candle is lovely, the smell is amazing and fills the room without even being lit.
However my rating is based on the labelling my 1st candle was at Christmas the label was not straight and was coming away from the candle however I thought it maybe due to a busy time of year.
I decided to purchase another one in February and unfortunately the same no fault with the candle itself but the label again was quite haphazard and had scratches and bubbles and was not straight, making the candle look quite cheap.

Amazing quality candles, smell Devine and burn really well, with a magical crystal to keep too, what’s not to love!

This is the second candle I have ordered and you never disappoint. The candles come beautifully wrapped with crystals and a card. This one has a wonderful gentle scent of coconut, lemon and lime and I have it lit whilst I'm working. Always a quick service. Thank you. I will be definitely be ordering again.
