Intransparent and waste of time and money

Poor customer service. Returns are complicated. They do not help to ensure any import fees are reimbursed when you return. Shipping costs were not fully transparent. I wasted time and money and absolutely will not buy from them again. Customer service does not answer your questions - they talk about a variety of related topics but cannot give clear answers to your inquiry. I do not feel valued as a customer and I lost a lot of money on shipping and import duties for something that was not as I expected and therefore was returned.

Very bad purchase experience

I returned an item which was not of good quality. It's been two weeks I'm waiting for the refund, but the customer service does not give any answer to my emails. The telephone number indicated on their website is dysfunctional, untrustworthy company

Do not buy from Seventy Venezia

Warning. Do NOT buy from this company. They misrepresent their products.
Made in India is not made in Italy. And- they do not accept returns nor provide a shipping label. Customer service is bad. Caution! ⚠️
