Outstanding service, responsiveness, communications, and high quality fit!

Following a recommendation, I contacted Severn sparks for a quote for a home ev charging point. Matt was very efficient in providing an online quote from photos, which was far better than any others I’d received. He was also happy to come out just to confirm that the installation would be as straightforward as it appeared, as I was concerned that if there was any deviation that would add to the cost. He arranged a fitting date and contacted me again a few days prior to this to check it was still ok, and gave me a time. The installation was straightforward as he’d said, he tidied up after himself and talked me through how to use the charger through the app; all in all I’m very happy with the service. I’d thoroughly recommend Severn Sparks and I will be keeping the company in mind for any future electrical jobs I may have. Many thanks Matt

From start to finish Matt was very professional and was quick to respond via email on install and dealt with the upgrade I required by the DNO.
On the day of install Matt updated us on time of arrival, he was very polite and professional and if we have any queries or questions he said we can contact him straight away.
