I wish I would have read the reviews before spending $700 on a cabinet. Unboxed it and notice one door severely dented. I asked for a replacement and they said they would send it. But then I saw two other dented parts during assembly. Two dented doors and the bottom panel was dented. I don't need to inspect my purchases with a fine tooth comb. Clearly packaged in two boxes with not enough foam to prevent damage. I would pay more money for better packaging. Totally inconvenienced by this purchase.

Seville Classics 60-Inch Lockers – Good Cabinets, Terrible Customer Service & Shipping Delays
I purchased two Seville Classics 60-inch UltraHD Metal Storage Locker Organizers from Amazon. Unfortunately, both storage cabinets arrived mispackaged with missing parts—each had two Left A1 panels instead of the required Left A1 and Right A2 panels, making assembly impossible.
On August 25th, I contacted Seville Classics customer service to report the issue. I was assured the replacement locker panels would ship “as soon as possible.” Over the next week, I made multiple follow-up calls but received no email updates, no tracking, and no real answers. Most of my calls were dropped after long holds, I was promised callbacks that never came, and every time I was told the replacement parts were “in the queue.”
Finally, on August 29th, I was given a FedEx tracking number—but it only showed a label was created, and FedEx never received the shipment. As of September 2nd, the locker replacement panels still had not shipped, despite repeated promises.
This left my garage unusable for over a week, with two half-assembled metal storage cabinets spread across the floor. While the Seville Classics lockers themselves seem well-built, the lack of quality control in packaging, the delays in shipping, and the extremely poor customer service ruined the experience.
What makes this worse is that Amazon currently lists these lockers in stock. At this point, I could have ordered new Seville Classics storage cabinets and received them faster than waiting for the replacement parts. When I even asked about overnight shipping to resolve the issue, customer service told me, “We don’t do overnight shipping.”
I originally planned to buy several more Seville Classics UltraHD lockers and storage cabinets for my 1,600 sq. ft. shop and rental property, but after this experience, I will not purchase from this company again.
Hopefully, this review alerts management at Seville Classics to make changes, because right now, the combination of mispackaging, shipping delays, and poor customer service makes it hard to recommend their lockers or storage cabinets to anyone.
Still the Same Quality
I just purchased the single one door cabinet (4th one) just recently. A few things have changed from the original three, but still great quality as the original ones from 3 years ago. As others have said in their reviews, my box also was damaged as if a fork from a forklift had hit it, but no damage to the contents. I would have scored a 5, if not for the damaged box. The instructions are very clear, the hardware is clearly marked, the panels and doors of strong quality, assembly is easy but timely. This is the 4th product I purchased from Seville and have been completely satisfied. I'm not sure about the low scored reviews since I've had great luck with this company.
Terrible quality control. Worse customer service
The cabinet was damaged on delivery, and the wheels were defective. They said they would send replacement parts, but the replacement parts were also defective. They stopped responding to emails and calls. Finally, after several emails and calls they said they would send replacement parts again. But they sent one wrong part and forgot to send the other. What an absolute disaster.
Ready to just send this thing back and move on with my life :/

Not even worth the sale price!
Seville fan I bought 13 years ago still works great...2 other fans purchased in last 3 years, dead!! Even when they were functional, both made this rattling sound enough to wake me up at night... Spend a little more and buy something is quality which is not Seville!!

Good products for the money but poor customer service
Good products for the money, however, customer service is lacking, primarily due to a communication barrier. I sent numerous detailed emails along with photos, attempting to obtain a power supply replacement for our desk. Unfortunately, the wrong replacement part was sent to us twice and after that they terminated the conversation with us stating they provided us with what we were requesting. I am guessing their products are sourced from China and it would appear their customer service personnel are as well. We will be looking elsewhere for similar products in the future. Edit: The company sent us a third replacement which was also the wrong product.

AirLIFT Overbed Medical Pneumatic Table
As an architect, I design and write assembly instructions for very expensive projects. I've also put together "some assembly required" purchases for decades. I know how they can go wrong.
This Seville Classics AirLIFT overbed medical pneumatic table is so well designed & packaged that I slowed down and just enjoyed its design & packaging & assembly instructions & utility. After its overbed use for my partner, it will become an ideal table for mounting my CNC router so that long work pieces can be supported on an existing central work table in my shop.
Sturdy movable & adjustable satellite tables like this are ideal in a small shop where a variety of occasional specialized tool need to be positioned.
Scheduled delivery date FAILURE
I was asked to schedule a delivery date around the 5th of December. I needed to do this promptly, and I did. Here it is the 19th of December, my scheduled delivery day, but nope. Customer service was 0 help. I made arrangements to have help with these 3 cabinets as they are heavy. What a waste of everyone's time. Never again.
Better to buy one from big box store
If I had to review the cabinet, 5 stars, the problem I have is with the company. I purchased for my son through Seville website, paid $279.99 for the cabinet. Around 3 weeks later, Im walking through Sams Club, same EXACT cabinet on sale for $199.96. I assumed I can call the company and get an adjustment for this big of a price difference, but was informed that they do not price match Sams Club. I guess its ok to sell them to Sams, and me to buy it there, but not ok to match the price. She told me that I could return the cabinet at my cost,(shipping) and then, additionally would deduct 20% restocking fee. Moral to the story, Shop around before you buy from the company. Apparently they like to sell to vendors cheaper than customers. Most companies will match a sale price (especially less than 30 days of purchasing) Plus, its never been taken out of the box! It makes me feel like I've been taken advantage of...Fool me once...

Please beware when buying from this company. They will ship you the wrong product and make you pay for a 20% restocking fee on their mistake. Also the customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Daisy herself made me not want to purchase from this company ever again.

Shipped my cabinet with 3 missing sets of parts. Contacted them and promised to send the parts immediately. It's been 4 days and they still have not shipped. I am given an email that says label has been printed but it still has not shipped. Unacceptable.

So I place an order for the 6ft metal cabinets and a set of swivel wheel. Mi d you I placed them on the same order. They sent me an email with my receipt and conf number. Then sent me 2 tracking numbers. Didn't think much of it at first until 1 showed last Vegas, and other showed Memphis tTN. I emailed cust service, Woody @ Seville sends me a copy of receipt?? WTH? then I call customer service inquiri g as to why there are 2 tracking numbers for 1 order. My concern was they wouldn't show up at the same time. I was assured they would. Well what do you think happened? I have the wheels. Of course they blame it on FedeX, with no general co cern for the customers satisfaction. Tracking numbers both stated the deliveries would be yesterday, nope. And only received the wheels today, cabinet won't show for 2 more days, lol. Still don't know the quality of the product, but if it follows suit on shipping and custo.er service, I'm sure I'll be returning g both items.

Customer service non existent
I purchased a 3 tier steel storage bin from sams club. During assembly a poorly done spot weld comes off of one side of the middle bin.
The package instructions state to contact the manufacturer, which I do on the same day. This was weeks ago with no response at all. Meanwhile the thing is in pieces waiting for a replacement that never came. I needed this thing the day I bought it. Thank you Seville classics for ignoring my request and your terribly poor tack welds.

The Best of Customer Service
I bought several cabinets from Seville Classics. I had one six drawer cabinet that lost it roller bearings as I was clumsily trying to but the drawer back in.
I could not use it in the condition it was in.
Emailed Support. Katrina shared that they could not sell me the drawer slides but she would check with factory to see if they had some. Well, the package arrived. New drawer slides. Very happy customer!!
