For years i have put off going to the dentist due to previous negative experiences in the UK. It took me a long time and multiple years to find the right dentist to consider treatment after visiting Sevil in Antalya I will never visit another dentist.
From consultation after requesting treatment, the breakdown in what to expect, arriving at the Airport, transportation to and from appointments and the careful consideration throughout the whole process was an unbelievable experience! I am forever grateful for how staff treated me with respect and consideration of my fears ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the process to returning home with my perfect smile. The clinic is prestige with amazing customer service with a beautiful view whilst receiving treatment.

A huge thank you to all staff in Sevil smile, Antalya you have shown me what true care looks like when receiving treatment, boosted my confidence and removed any fears I have of receiving dental treatment.

From the minute I emailed about a broken tooth a few months ago getting weekend replies to all of my questions from Carla, to when I had my final check up today the service, friendliness and professionalism has been stunning.
My coordinator Osman helped at every stage and even recommended a box set to watch when bored in the hotel (and he was right).
My dentist / doctor was Ismail Unal - he was so good at his job and was thorough in everything he did. and so was his assistant Şerife.
Everything was explained, checked and checked again.
The reception team of Yuliya, Berivan, Elif, Berat, and Bahar were so polite and helpful, welcoming me every day, sending appointments, organising transfers. Everything was simple!
This was a totally different experience to any dentist trip i have made before and I am delighted with the results.

Excellent service and experience. At first i opted to pay extra to be put to sleep for the filing down because i was so nervous but once I arrived the whole team made me feel at ease and comfortable so i never went ahead with that. All the staff can’t do enough for you and gave me a smile with confidence I never had before. Sevil are the best in the business.my dentist was far more knowledgeable and professional than any I have been to in the uk and I’d recommend to anyone. I will be returning next year for a polish and check up and bringing my wife for her treatment.

Just completed the second part of my treatment and I am extremely happy with the results. After much research I am pleased I chose Sevil. The whole team and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Thank you for my amazing smile 😃 ❤️

The aftercare team/ well every single member are exceptional!! Had crowns over 4 years with sevil……. But unfortunately I had developed gum issues! Not due to the crowns just my general health!!! Came over for treatment to repair and heel this and will be flying back in February to have a few more bits of treatment and thrn replacing the crowns!!! Everybody here have been sooo helpful, understanding with me, patient with me and treated me like a friend! They have answered my questions straight away 24/7!!!! Looking forward to seeing them all !!! Can’t fault sevil smile as they really are exceptional at what they do and you know you can trust them ❤️😊🥰

Staff are just unbelievable beautiful nature sofly spoken beautifully dressed and are so caring and professional.

Can I just say from start to finish my experience with Sevil Smile Studio has been caring, understanding and professional. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul to leaving I felt safe travelling as a single mature female . Drivers , reception staff , dentists and their assistants could not have been more respectful , helpful and attentive. They put me at my ease and seemed to know what my questions would be and gave me all information that I needed . It really did feel like a family atmosphere . They take your flight details and make sure work is carried out in time for your flight home. Daily they would message me with what time driver would collect me to the hotel and take me back again . They were always in time. There is a self service drinks and snack bar at the studio which is free . They take x rays of your mouth when you arrive , go over the plan and show you how much it costs so that you have clear understanding what is involved . I have been really impressed with my experience with Sevil Smile Studio . The founder Sevil also came by a few times and asked how I was . I found their communication to be extremely helpful and all texts were responded to very quickly ! Attention to detail was paramount and they consulted with me regarding the shape and colour of my crowns in depth . Happy with my smile , results and cost . So looking forward to going back to complete the work , you will need a 2nd trip to let your gums heal depending on the work you get done . Highly impressed overall with my experience and you will see the awards this Studio has won .. not surprised as they truly deserve it ! Not really got anything negative to say at all regarding my experience at Sevil Smile Studio . To me it was care , trust and professionalism. Would definitely recommend to friends and family . In fact since coming home I have recommended already ! Also found the price to be reasonable . However it was not about the price totally it was about the people , their highly experienced dentists and their care , and their overall atmosphere was so welcoming ! They also have lovely gardens with loungers and comfy couches to sit and soak up the sun ☀️ as you wait for or relax after your treatment !

From having 2 crowns done in England at my local dentist I was not happy as you could see discolouration from having a dead tooth. I did my re search as few of my girls had been to sevil smile. I had 2 crowns done, my own teeth whitened, some gum contouring and my dead tooth bleach. Which we thought might of needed a root canal so price was even cheaper. :) the service was brilliant tbh pickup and drop off service and also free refreshments. Every single one of the staff was really nice and friendly. Teeth look amazing even tho I have only had 2 front crowns and matched perfectly with my other teeth. If there not happy they will get it right so all round good service even got treated the same as others getting the full teeth package so was really impressed

The whole process from transferring me from airport to the hotel and dental care was fantastic, these are so professional people and they know how to make you smile

Just completed the second and final phase of my treatment after initially coming over in May. My dentist was Dr Ozan and I cannot thank him enough in giving me the teeth I have always wanted. An absolute perfectionist and consummate professional. My thanks to every single member of staff at Sevil for a wonderful experience.

I went to Sevil Smiles with so much hope, believing they would fix my dental issues and give me a better smile. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.....!!!!! The staff didn’t treat me with the care or respect a patient deserves, and the results were far from what I expected. I left feeling upset and regretful....!!!! If I could go back, I would definitely choose another clinic....!!!! Please think twice before spending your time and money here.

I was very disappointed after getting treatment from them. I just want to tell everyone don’t waste your time and money getting treated by these people.

Sevil smile is a professional and state of the art dental clinic.
My dentist Dt Ozge and coordinator Suleyman were both amazing throughout the whole process and spoke perfect English so nothing got lost in translation.
I also had to see specialists as I needed root canal treatments and extractions who were equally great.
Having worn crowns for the past 30 years, the crowns at Sevil are the best I have ever had and they fit so well.
I went for the natural look and I was so happy I did, as they look very natural like real teeth.
I had the Zirconia crowns in 0.5.
Really pleased I chose this clinic and would recommend to anyone looking for treatment.
The transfer from hotel to clinic was a bonus and saved me having to make my own way to the clinic and back every day.
The drivers were very nice and they would even help you with your prescription if you needed one.
A 1st class service.

From months and months of research I decided to go with sevil smile for emax veeners and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish the whole experience was 10/10. Everyone of the staff members are more than helpful and go above and beyond for all there clients. I wasn't sure with how my teeth looked on my first trial and my dentist dt asude made adjustments to suit my face and got it spot on the second time. They won't do the fit until you are 100% happy, not once was they pushy to just get them fitted they are so relaxed and everything's in your time. I've had check ups in the uk e.g scrape and polish and they just don't do the job as good as sevil! Amazing clinic will be returning back in may for a check up.

I found it very rude and unprofessional person who dealt with me as an administrator. i was going to have treatment but that one person change my mind as i did not feel comfortable or welcome. she ignored my queries and didn't seems interested also i have requested to transport back and have my passport back but she did not bother at all, i will say it was bad experience in Antalya by one person. its makes huge different to company as i didn't want to take any chance on others staffs i sure all not that bad. but i couldn't risk my experience as i have already experience negative welcome by this person. i cant fault reception staffs there are and wonderful and approachable but that one person who meant to explain me my treatment plan was unprofessional and not interested at all, i felt negative outcome from her. if i wanted to pay so much for treatment then accept some sort of client service but no at this point.

I had my crowns fitted around three years ago and Sevil were brilliant back then. Recently, I started getting a mild toothache in one of my natural teeth — not one they’d worked on originally. I happened to be on holiday in Antalya at the time, so I popped into the dentist there.

The aftercare team were just as fantastic as everyone else at Sevil. They sorted everything for me without any hassle. It turned out I only needed a small white filling, so it wasn’t a big job for them by any means, but the level of care, the treatment and the whole customer experience was exactly what you’d hope for.

I’ve always recommended Sevil to people, and this just reinforced it even more. And just to be clear — the crowns they fitted have been spot-on. Not a single issue. This was an old root-canal tooth (my wisdom tooth) causing the problem, nothing to do with the crowns at all
