Bad info, double triple check what Frank tells you.
I can’t figure out how to change my review I made for Frank from Sep. I saw him in the Termoli office and he gave me nothing but wrong info which cost me a lot of money. It is not right and now I will try to formally submit a. Complaint. He normally works in Campobasso. I went in to increase my power to 4.5 he said it was impossible as they only offered 6. It was very expensive to make this change. Then come to find out you can increase it to 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 etc. he cost me so much money by giving me bad info. It’s not right. I really hope the company takes this into consideration

Amazing customer service
Carmen and Francesco in the Termoli office are life savers. I’ve had massive difficulty getting utilities sorted out but they take their time and always very helpful. Never had a problem since they managed my account.
