We enjoyed our stay again lovely home from home, everything we need for a relaxing getaway. Sadie(the dog) loves staying too. So near her beloved beach. We will be back soon.

Our 4th stay at Park View this year. The accommodation and customer support are excellent. Well equipped, cosy and comfortable. More stays planned for 2023.

This accommodation is as perfect as it's location! The bungalow has everything you need to have a comfortable, relaxing holiday, the kitchen is well equipped so self-catering is almost effortless. However, if you enjoy eating out, both the Old Forge and Ship Inn are less than a 5 minute walk away.
The bedrooms have amazing beds, so a great night's sleep is almost guaranteed. The living area is cosy and comfortable, and Sky TV and broadband means that everyone can find something to entertain themselves if nights in are your thing.
It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach or a 30 minute walk into Bridlington which means we rarely drive anywhere once we've arrived.
Park View is perfect for us, Chris and Amanda {the hosts) are amenable and friendly and most importantly available should you need them, and we will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Great communication with the owners and they were quick to respond to any messages. The property is clean and modern, and had everything we needed.

I echo previous reviews about the location. This was probably the best feature of our holiday. Great walks on the doorstep, five minutes from the sea. Dog friendly everywhere.
We ate at The Ship and the Old Forge where we had a spectacular meal. Lots of places to visit within an easy drive.
Very highly recommend this property for a great holiday.

Our first visit to Park View but definitely not our last. Perfect location for exploring the coast. Easy access to great cliff top walk to Flamborough head and easy stroll the other way into Bridlington. Sewerby Hall is just across from the cottage with the Ship Inn and The Forge restaurant just down the road, both offering great food.Had an extended weekend and didn’t need to use my car once. Very dog friendly with large areas to exercise your dog nearby. The cottage is immaculately clean with very modern facilities and lovely outside seating area. Can’t wait for my our.next visit.

We had a fantastic four night stay here. We loved Park View for a number of reasons. It was so light and airy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. A great shower and just a lovely modern deco right throughout. But the location was perfect. Walking distance to Sewerby Hall and gardens, which is a must and a few minutes to the cliff top walks and the pub !! The train is a five minute walk away and very handy to take you down to the centre.
We visited Flambrough head and the lighthouse. Amazing views and walks. Bempton Cliff is a must for bird enthusiasts and the south side of Brid has a lovely long beach, the Spa and the harbour to sit and watch the world go by. Location wise it’s perfect. We’d love to come back and visit some other places next time. Definitely recommend park view.

Such a beautiful cottage very spacious too and came equipped with everything you could need. Very handy for the Ship Inn pub a few minutes walk and bus stop located just outside. We will definitely be back.
