Poor Customer Service
I ordered the “A Brighter Future Month Two – Blue Fabric Pack” from Sew Hot which was advertised as containing 24 fat eighths, but I only received 12.
Customer service apologised and sent me a return label. However, when I took the parcel to the post office, it was rejected by the post office as invalid label for home return.
Sew hot advised me to simply put the parcel into a post box and email them once posted, so they could track it from their end and which leaves me with no proof of postage. I have never encountered an issue with the post office refusing a prepaid label before and never came across such ludicrous advice from any Customer service either. Very strange!!!
Nine emails and sixteen days later, I had to make another trip to find a post box to drop the parcel.
Although the staff were polite, the whole process to correct their mistakes was unnecessarily inconvenient. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering from Sew hot again.
