Great price and service…
Great price for even feed/walking foot for my old Janome machine. Other companies selling item for at least £5 more and there was also free delivery (win win!!). Foot was shipped quickly and updates provided regularly. Ordered Saturday and arrived on Tuesday. Brilliant service!!

can not find a single fault with this…
can not find a single fault with this company , I saved over fifty pounds on the price compared to other companies . machine arrived the following day with dpd tracking all the way . I did phone after delivery for advice as the extension table was not in the box which was brothers fault and not their fault, the phone was answered within seconds by a real person and I spoke to the nicest man , who went out of his way to help me and sent me the item straight away , it arrived next day . I would certainly buy from again without hesitation

Very reliable compant
I bought from Sewing Machines Direct before and would always buy from them. I like the idea of if you need a repair you can always get them to pick up and return as long as you keep invoice and the packing case. My mistake as I didn’t keep last time for a machine I had had for a very long time. The delivery updates were good and a very cheerful courier
