Fantastic machine at a great price.
Over the moon, an ex demo machine, not a mark on it, easy to set up and works magnificently.

Contacted this company after searching online as was looking for an overlocker. Service gent was very helpful is describing options/pros/cons and sending me links to look up the model. No pressure selling which was perfect. Price matched one I had seen elsewhere (only a few £ but they didn't have to). Super prompt delivery and great comms. Will definitely come back here to look for any other items for my craft room! This is what good customer service looks like :-)

Came quickly, well packaged, lovely machine

I never come across such an unprofessional service .. I lost my 100 pds for nothing . My machine even got worst and now unrepairable ..
I have to buy new machine but this time I bought brother make not Singer ‘. (I send invoice for this purchase across to manager . Stephen) . I have not received any compensation for that . If you want I will again send you the video of my machine , it’s tearing all fabric while sewing.
I have send 2 times for service repair both time got disappointed. I can’t do this business anymore (To and Fro)
My wife suffering from anxiety and got more worst due to my this machine damaged .

Despite being ex display, the sewing machine looks brand new. No scratches, marks and it came with all the original packaging which also looked brand new

Russell was helpful and polite when I ordered my new machine, service was quick and would definitely use again. I had some pilot errors with the machine and Russell put me on to a technician who was again extremely helpful and solved all my issues with a simple video! Great customer service thank you!

Super quick delivery. There was a single foot missing and they sent it on separately really quickly. The mark of how good a business is has to be how they manage issues. And Sewing machines direct managed them well. The machine itself (which is a former display model) is working really well - any issues are generally ones I've caused like putting the wrong foot on with a type of stitch. But I'm really pleased with the price and the performance.

Fantastic and above all honest. I can't recommend this company more highly..special shout out to Russell who gave honest feed back on a sewing machine I was interested in and was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
I phoned a few companies and this one stood out for honesty and a great deal if I wanted the machine.
I wasn't pushed or hassled to buy.
