Garbage company and biggest scam ever. DO NOT order from this site.

AVOID!!!! Awful service. Well over the '10 days' it was meant to take, even paid more for faster delivery. Not one response to my emails. Anyone know how I can get my money back for this!!!

Came here to find out if I got scammed. I did. Ordered a jumper months ago - never arrived. Sad, as this was to ease the loss of our beloved pet. Cruel people out there profiting from others loss.

Fake company.
Been waiting over a month for an order that was supposed to be 10 days.
Never responded to my numerous emails through numerous avenues.
Trustpilot saying they will let them know about the review, but sending it to the same email that never responds 😂 total scam

SCAM SCAM SCAM I would give zero stars if it was an option. I received my order, the stitching is poorly sewn and the code for having a heart sewn just got me a <3 instead of the heart they said.
They say contact us but they never reply, I’ve sent lots of emails without reply.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTS THEY ARE FAKE!!

I haven’t even got my order yet and I’m already disappointed. I’ve sent two messages about my order and they have ignored both. I am half expecting not even receive it

It just wasn’t great lucky it was half price but could’ve gone somewhere else and got a better job done of it. Embroidery is patheticly done and a definite scam for money. Pictures are completely different to what the actual product looks like in the end. At least the rat looks cute in the stitch but overall just poor business

How I wish I saw these reviews before ordering. Firstly, it took an incredibly long time to arrive and when it did I could not have been more disappointed.
They are clearly using another company’s content as the quality of the hoodie and embroidery is unbelievably bad.
If I had attempted this myself it would have been better. In fact I think my dog himself could have done a better job. Currently chasing them for a refund but I’m not hopeful so will be taking it further as the total came to almost £50.

This company commits false advertisement. The images they use on their site are not theirs. Just google search the images and you can see for yourself. I placed my order over 4 weeks ago and nothing has arrived and I have gotten no shipping info. Please don't buy this. If anyone reading this knows how to report a scam company please do.

If I could give a zero I would like the reviews before this stitching is so bad like a 1 year old could have done a better job and the quality of the hoodie is ridiculous for nearly £50 it’s a joke!! I have tried to contact them to no answer whatsoever!!! so I’d advise to stay clear DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Save your money!! The sizing and quality is terrible. So gutted as was so looking forward to getting this.. doesn’t even look like my dog. Wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing

Honestly save your money, like a fool I forgot to look at reviews and now I'm stuck with the the worst attempt at embroidery!! I got an image of my daughter and dog on a hoody and I really think I would have been better off stapling a picture to it rather than this joke

I ordered a jumper for my daughter with our pet dog Jax on it.

I asked for just the head to be printed on the jumper and I paid an extra £5 for Jax on the sleeve. The website said to use <3 for a heart - which I did. In total, I paid £41.

The examples on the website show realistic embroidery- what I received is a ridiculous attempt at a cartoon picture. The sleeve has Jax and then literally <3 - how ridiculous! It looks like a child has made it.
Awful jumper. Pathetic cartoon picture. Nothing like what is advertised. I contacted them, was offered a refund and then heard nothing more. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a hoodie with our dog on it. It arrived after weeks, it was a basic no fleece sweatshirt (not a good quality hoodie like I paid for) it did not have detailed stitching like the marketing just one line basic stitches that weren’t even joined together. I emailed them they said they would refund me and I haven’t heard back and I haven’t received a refund and now they are not replying to emails. It’s a total scam do not buy from them

Low quality jumper for the amount you are paying. I paid ~£38 and that was 55% off, it would be 1 star if it was full price. The Embroidery is basic, overall wouldnt recommend.

Unbelievably poor quality and material. Plus the photo I sent in didn’t even resemble what I received!! If I could give minus stars I would!!
