Sexdollplus Reviews

From ordering to delivery, everything was easy and stress-free. The product is fantastic, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Great quality, exactly as described, and feels amazing. The whole experience was smooth, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

I didn’t just buy this doll for its stunning looks (which are absolutely incredible, by the way), but also for the companionship, and I have to say—it’s been amazing. The presence, the lifelike feel, and the softness make it feel so real, and it’s genuinely comforting to have. The details are breathtaking, and I find myself appreciating it more every day. Plus, the service was fantastic, and delivery was quick. A perfect purchase in every way!

Ordered it and it arrived in no time. Wasn’t expecting such speedy service. The product itself is brilliant—couldn’t be happier!

I was a bit unsure before ordering, but wow—this doll is absolutely gorgeous! The face is stunning, and the body proportions are perfect. The realism is unbelievable, especially the skin texture and softness. It feels so natural, and the attention to detail is insane. Customer service was also fantastic—they answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything. Definitely worth every penny!

I was a bit hesitant at first, but wow—this is amazing! The detail and quality are spot on. Arrived well-packaged and on time. Highly recommend

Had a few questions before ordering, and the support team was super helpful and patient. They really know their stuff. Would definitely buy again!

From the moment I opened the box, I was completely in awe. The beauty, the craftsmanship, and the lifelike feel—it’s all perfect. But what really surprised me was how much I enjoy having it around. It’s not just about how real it looks, but the companionship it provides. The team was also great to deal with, answering all my questions and making sure everything arrived safely. Couldn’t be happier with my decision!

The quality is fantastic, and it feels so realistic! Delivery was faster than expected, and the whole process was seamless. Very happy with my purchase!

I was honestly blown away by the level of detail and realism. The doll looks absolutely stunning, and the craftsmanship is incredible. The skin texture, the eyes, even the little details—it’s all so lifelike! It feels amazing, and the quality is way beyond what I expected. Shipping was also super fast, and the packaging was discreet. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I messaged to make sure the doll I wanted was in stock, they said it was so I made my purchase mid morning tuesday expecting it to be shipped the same day as per their website. It was in fact wednesday. Not a massive deal but by Thursday the tracking did not say the company had received it so I messaged SDplus to confirm it had been shipped, they said it had. Friday still the same so I messaged the courier. They said it was not in their system and to prompt SDplus to release the item. I did so and without response it was then sent.

So then it was delivered, torn polythene, battered and filthy box, looked like mice had been nibbling parts of it. Inside it seemed fine until I saw what had been sent. 100% not the doll I ordered, breasts were much larger and butt was smaller, told them and yet to have it acknowledged. In my opinion they didn't have the doll I wanted and sent whatever was in stock and just lied in all communications.

The doll itself was good quality I think, frame is very small, somewhat thankfully for that as it's still extremely heavy. The joints are SOOO stiff and difficult to manipulate, maybe they would loosen over time. doesn't fit any of the clothes I bought cause its a completely different shape to what I ordered.

A couple weeks on... Never heard back from customer service, also the doll seeps oil from the skin making me question the safety of the tpe used, the box it came in looks like an old pizza box now

Ordered a doll on black Friday sale on Saturday, it said it was in stock and on Monday I got a email from them saying it was out of stock, it had gone out of stock on Sunday and they wanted me to either pay 200 quid for a upgrade or get it from their warehouse out of the UK and I would be looking at a 30-50 quid fee from customs, I was emailing them to confirm the facts and they cancelled my order which I'm not happy about, they are a absolute scam.

DO NOT BUY. Doll bends in all positions it said. Reality, the doll only bends at 90° from the hips. Drastically limiting the positions you can use the doll in. The head was wrapped soo tight, the soft foam protecting the eyes is now imprinted on her face. They have, I've noticed, recently taken that category of Doll range off line. Must of had more complaints from customers who spent a lot of money on a sub standard doll, that wasn't what they made it out to be. After 2 weeks & a few emails explaining the problems, I have still not heard back from Sarah May, or the company, after informing them of the false advertising regarding their dolls. If I hadn't opened the holes to clean it, before noticing it only bent at 90°, I would of sent it back. Customer service only existed when you were inquiring about the dolls. Again, after 2 weeks I have had no apologies, or any other response from them at all.

was absolutely in love with the idea of getting a ff7 tifa doll so i ordered one after 2 days of no updates i had to reach out to them. they told me the one i had orderd wasnt in stock in the uk in the size that i wanted i ether had to wait for it to come from germany or pay an extra £100 to upgrade the size so i didnt take them long to start trying to get more money out of me i ended up paying cutom charges and waiting 2 weeks for it to come. one it got here the doll was extremely poor quality as when i put the head on it didn't even look straight and they had left the invoice stating how much the doll was actual worth which was less than half of what i paid for it tldr poor service, poor quality, absolute scam

I think I was smitten, or more like blown away by the sheer fantasy and beauty of these dolls. They are impossibly beautiful and obviously a substitute for a stunning looking partner that most old/boring/ugly blokes would never be able to achieve in the real world. And...if you ever acheieved in securing a trophy girlfriend that looks like one of the dolls you'd be stressed out every time you went out with her due to the attention she'd be getting although 'with you'. This is why men go for a doll because you don't have to worry about lecherous looks that you'd get when out and about with a real beauty. Mind you the trophy girlfriends tend to be attracted by the size of a man's bank balance, not *******! Now comes my point: I purchsed one in June; I got carried away with 'her' stunning looks and figure and got sucked into the buying loop. I must add, that they're ALL beautiful (totally unrepresentative of the female sex!) but it's the clothes that really seal-the-deal. The photographers snap these dolls in the most provocative and gorgeous lingerie. Now mine didn't include any clothes so I went into Primark and bought £40 worth of underwear/tights/mini skirt/ and shoes ready for her arrival. Absolute bargain. Then... UPS delivered her! (with a crane would have helped!) Nothing could have prepared me for how heavy she was. 55Kgs. I just looked at the box in my lounge and thought "this isn't going to work", she's going to have to go before I end up in hospital trying to manouever her around the flat! so I didn't even bother unboxing her and then went down the road of trying to sell her. Almost impossible; you can't even give these things away! My local hospital didn't even want her as a training prop for medical students. I finally managed to get her out of my flat and onto a 'doll site' that would sell her as new (as it was) I got 10% of what I paid for her - and very expensive lesson learnt. So... do take on board that these things are HEAVY! and moving them around from room to room and bending/lifting etc could cause you serious injury. Make sure your head rules your heart before you buy one.

After a month of use, I am totally disappointed. The head falls off by itself and was only used once. Lots of mistakes and scratches are made out of nowhere. The product turns out to be of very low quality .
It is not possible to contact the seller regarding any information after the purchase, the seller does not respond even after purchasing the product

I had purchased a doll torso from them a few weeks ago, I was excited to receive my package, which arrived very quickly and without issues, also nice and discreet. Upon use after washing, I noticed a problem with the doll that could have caused possible injury. I was a little miffed to say the least and felt a little cheated. So I got in touch with the team and I can only sing their praises. Super quick response from them after explaining my situation, they went above and beyond to help me. After a short discussion, they sent me out a replacement within the week. Issues arise from time to time but the team at sex doll plus were super helpful and friendly and willing to correct any mistakes. Couldn't be more happier with my new doll now and very pleased I purchased through them, definitely worth the money to go with a reputable company, especially one that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Would implore anyone who wishes to purchase any such products to definitely go with these guys. Thank you again sex doll plus

Because the company is young, and because there are a few scam companies in the sex doll business, I was anxious that I might never get my doll. I am writing this review to inform anyone who might read it that not only are the dolls VERY well priced (almost suspiciously so, it did make me wonder), but they will arrive! I got my first sex doll from this company, it's exactly as pictured and feels fantastic! Not only that but they promptly replied by e-mail addressing my concerns about the shipping company, confirming to me that the package had been picked up. Everything went smoothly despite my concerns.

I will be buying from this company again in the future, to explore different body types!

Ordered my doll and was genuinely surprised by how quickly she arrived. Didn't expect such speedy delivery. Impressed!

The customer support at Sex Doll Plus is truly exceptional. They were so warm and understanding, and they went out of their way to accommodate my specific delivery needs. It's rare to find such dedicated service these days!
