Doll very realistic

We ordered 2 dolls here and the process was easy. Unlike a big US based company, you can customize nearly everything about your doll, face, hands, hair, body warming, etc. The website lays out all the choices for you to easily select from.

We did have a small issue in that they sent us the wrong tracking number. I made one phone call and Victor found the issue and fixed it immediately.

We had a couple of questions about one of the dolls and Celia responded to our email within 24 hours to let us know she had sent our video to the factory and was awaiting a response. She sent the response as soon as she had it.

Overall, we really liked working with them and will likely do business with them again.

Deceptive advertising and tax fraud. They promise shipping from Montreal to avoid customs, but they actually ship from Shenzhen, China (Zhejiang Yixiang Trading Co.). I was charged $200 USD for taxes on the original invoice that were NEVER paid to customs, forcing me to pay an additional CA$156 to UPS to release the package. Furthermore, the logistics are negligent: they abandoned a high-value package in the street at 7 p.m. without a signature or any security protocol. If you are looking for honesty and professional service, this is not the place. Money stolen under false promises.

Went above and beyond to give a good experience

It was my first purchase and now going forward I will buy only from them as they have my trust because of their great customer service and they are very responsive and friendly from pre sale all the way the way to after sale support.

Interactions were all very good. The website is easy and intuitive to use. Would have given five stars but there was an issue when I went to pickup the dolls at the warehouse. One of them could not be found and it turns out it was shipped off to another customer and so was delayed an extra week. Mistakes happen and it was corrected.

The company is wonderful, very professionnel and quick respond of any issue and i was very grateful for that. Make me want to buy again for them for the future.

Its my 3rd purchase from them and they offer excellent customer service, answer my question and help with customizing my order. They are my go to and trusted vendor for specialty goods.

I ordered a doll, and the same day the shipping label was printed, but it never got picked up by the carrier. I was told that was because of bad weather. it is not almost 2 weeks later and the package is still sitting waiting to be picked up, with no mention on the UPS website of further delays in service to the area due to weather. I would like to mention the website itself states that an in stock item should only take 3 days to arrive, with possible delays. I have had multiple back and forth emails with the company, and sure the messages are friendly and professional (also seemingly written with the asistance of ai chatbots like GPT, which is more of a personal ethical issue than a relevant one), but that doesnt matter much when nothing is actually being done. I've been told UPS has been contacted to resolve this, but upon calling UPS yesterday they claim there are no notes on their files if anyone bringing up an issue. I dont know who is to blame for all of this, but i have not had the experience that other reviews have claimed that caused me to have faith in this company. I can't cancel the order because ill be charged a "restocking fee" now, and now I am approaching a date where I need to leave on a trip and if it doesn't arrive soon, i wouldn't even be able to receive it if it does, and it would just be sent back by UPS. so my purchase of no small value is currently sitting in a frustrating purgatory. my current suggestion is to avoid this site, but if this actually gets resolved, which doesnt seem to be happening, I will reconsider that suggestion.

After making my last review, Celia of this company bent over backwards to help and help me she did, very professionally. She found and informed me of all that she did find. Those missing parts were exactly where she said they would be. I am now a happy "camper".
