Very pleased that what was shown online was what was received.

Quick and courteous exchange, but when I asked to change the model and the head, I was told that it would be possible, but upon delivery I did not receive the requested model. The change was not made.

So far I have not been impressed with sexdollqueen.com I ordered the hazel torso. I have to go back to work in 8 days So I bought a doll in stock which was supposed to come in 2-7 days.. for some bs reason they said cause i live in the uk it will take 2 weeks NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE SITE.. I then ask for pictures of MY DOLL. Dude sends me some random pictures of two different dolls i know this because one has hair and one hasn't it also has a different head. The customer service seem nice enough and said they would expedite my doll.. bar working for hmrc i heard that word and know it means nothing ,... really worried about this purchase and no one has really settled my nerves. I mean the doll is cheap but it's probably cause the service and quality are poor i haven't got it yet but when i do i will do a full review of the quality of the doll.. no looking forward to this so far been a joke.

My experience wasn't great but I'd like to give the company it's props for acting promptly and correcting the mistake immediately refunded me the amount of charge for the miscommunication and misrepresentation of a product I bought it was definitely unfortunate and frustrating but I appreciate the way the company refunded the purchase amount within 24 hours and me contacting them about the huge his appointment I received with the shipment I received so I forgive them I'll give them a second chance and hopefully they'll be better the next time

the only issue i had was UPS prediction of when it would arrive, I found out it was just the route taken.
The doll arrived in a great packing and was in perfect shape. I very happy with this pretty doll!

Well for starters you can't beat the in stock price. Overall my interaction with this retailer was excellent. Everything from time to ship to communication. I will however rant about the local Fed Ex that not only delayed my package 3 times, they also damaged the box badly and gave my doll a gash in her leg. The Fed Ex of the high desert and Bloomington area of California are USELESS! Sex Doll Queen good, Fed Ex bad.

Great service from Sexdollqueen! 😁😁😁 The torso doll is so soft and amazing. One thing to point out is that there were some minor damages due to the dumb Canadian border Agency 🤬🤬🤬 Seriously screw those guys. I wish there was a way to force those idiots to not damage high quality products.

The doll I recieved was top quality. Every attention to detail was made perfectly and the company mamaged the entire proccess from start to finish with the out most care and concern. I did come across a shipping delay which was not at the fault of the website and the manager Frank followed up with me daily to make sure I get my order. I couldnt be happier with the doll and I highly reccomend using this site to get what you need
