Item was broken, hinges opened up and were broken. Wife was so upset. Caused bruises from one use and falling off.

Yes, you ordered items from 2 separate warehouses. You did not contact support, so I will have them make sure you have tracking number for the second part which is due to arrive on Thursday. I can not share tracking information or deal with specifics of customer support on this thread.

Needed two tracking numbers
I ordered two products that came from two different locations so they were not mailed together. It wasn’t until I got the first item that I found this out. I only received one tracking number and when it came I had to call to find out where the other item was. I gave only 4 Star because I was not told from the beginning they would be shipped separately and I wasn’t given both tracking numbers at the same time. Customer service was quick with response and sounded like a plausible explanation of why my order was not here.
