The product is very well made
The product is very well made . We hung ours from the ceiling at 32 inches on center of the ceiling joist. We both have back and hip issues. I highly recommend it for people with aches and pains. Made for a very pleasant evening.

Yes my swing was delivered very quickly and very easy to put together
My girlfriend and I tried it out on the weekend and it was great You have to play around with the the adjustable to get the perfect height but that can be done while the person is still in the swing with the very easy workable straps I also had a go in it and it was quite a feeling floating having sex

Sorry were we’re not able to match your expectations for service level. Tracking is automatically sent for every order but since this is a sexual item, the word sex can cause tracking info to be flagged as spam.
Having said that, your order was placed on Tuesday. You called after hours on Wednesday and by the time we arrived in the office on Thursday to receive your messages, the swing and already been delivered to you.
Hope you enjoy your swing and sorry we did not meet your expectations.

I had called with questions and a live person answered all my questions which is a HUGE plus these days of the automated service lines. Product is of high quality as well. And website is very informative however, my only constructive criticism would be to polish the website with a search function because I had to go to google to find out how to wash the swing which I couldn't seem to find on there easily and google took me to there page but its not listed in FAQs.

Once we got it out and mounts…
Once we got it out and mounts installed, got the adjustments made. It was pretty easy, it will definitely take some trial and error to get it just right. The wife likes it and we look forward to using it, she is already looking up different positions for us to try.She is definitely a little bigger with lots of curves, and was a little worried about the fit but, we mounted it 36" apart and there is no worries!

My husband and I absolutely love it!!! Very comfortable! Good quality! Sturdy and nice material. It takes a bit to get used to if you’re a first timer but, Definitely adds more spice to love making.
