Super customer service. It’s very pleasant to work with Abby. She refunded a 2-day shipping due to unexpected weather condition that the shipment came late (not sexswing’s fault but she did it anyway). The product quality is top-notch. The hardware is very steady and straps are smooth. Include a headrest FREE. We’re happy with customer service and the product as advertised. Thank you Abby & SS.

Everything works fine, but initial setup can be a bit of a pain

Accurate description. Shipped quickly and received in good order.
If they could include some strap positioning suggestions in the future it would be perfect.

Received it with no instructions. I wrote several times trying to get them and all I got in response was it is a swing set it up like that.

Not only was my swing shipped very quickly to my door which was within a couple days, but when I called with a question it was promptly responded to. Great service and great product. I will shop here again!

By the way... the Screamer Dual Hook Sex Swing is what we purchased and it's definitely worth the money! I also couldn't imagine a swing without a head rest. It's awesome that its included with this one. 🙂

sorry but experince was bad had troble at check out with shiping info they would not respond after first contact had to go to payment provider and ask to have my money returned product never shiped probley do too shiping info problem payment had to be returned by payment provider would have liked to have fixed with seller but no responce after first contact I sent multiple emails trying to contact seller no responce I do understand that it was my mistake that started the problem but the dispute was cancelled after our original communication then there was no responce from you i tryed several times to contact you no responce i had to contact the payment provider by phone as i closed the case after are first communication and thay had to re-open the closed case and they returned the money as that could not get a responce from you.. I am also sorry this could not be fixed and am sorry i had problems with your check out system

Yes it needs set up, but I am a carpenter. No biggie.

I placed an order for some items, based on their processing and shipping time. Their website states in stock items ship one to two days after it is placed. So I should have them before the weekend ordering 5 days in advance. The payment cleared the next day after I ordered. I did not receive any info after that. 3 days after the order and still have not heard anything I sent an email and placed numerous phone calls. On the 4th day I finally got a response from them, they said they have not shipped because the were not sure if I wanted all my items. They said they were trying to save me some money.

Well because I was not getting the items when I needed them I did cancel some of the extras I originally wanted. Needless to say it actually took 9 days after I placed my order to get them. They said they would compensate me for the delay and refund the items they did not ship. I did get a refund for the items I did not receive but have not got any thing else. It has been a week since then and I have again sent emails and have not heard anything. So i highly doubt I will get what I was promised and I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

So an update, they respond to this negative review but still have not contacted me. She states that they sent an email, I did not receive any email from them in my inbox or spam folder or any other folder. Funny how this representative of this company does not even look into my order. I have an email from them with the header of" Your SexSwing.com order from May 28, 2018 is complete. Within said email it gives me a tracking number and date of June 4, 2018 the day they shipped. Expected Delivery on WEDNESDAY 6TH OF JUNE. Pretty easy math and not the same she is stating.

They do have one fantastic employee there and I highly recommend her if you need to have any contact with them. Abby was fantastic at clearing everything up and making sure everything was done. I apologize to her for my harshness but in the end she is a great employee. Becuase of her and her alone I will do business with them again so long as she is the person I get to deal with. Received shipping number showing the 2 items purchased under that number. I received only one of the items. I Tried several times to contact CS to find out where the second item was. Several calls and emails resulted in no contact from customer service. I suspected one item may have been stolen from my porch. It showed delivered in the shipping information. Never heard word one from sexswings to tell me anyting. I ordered the same item from another vendor and it arrived in 2 days with free shipping. Gues what showed up at my door. 2 of the identical items. The item purchased finally showed up, but how was I to know it was coming from sexswings with zero customer support info. So this company cost me 350 dollars for a second sling. Neither of which can be returned.
