I was top 100 there for months. An angry client reported me based on fake accusations. I can't log in without warnings. I dmed & received this reply: ''Your account will remain suspended while we review the multiple reports we have received.'' I've been under investigation now for weeks. They owe me money & it's remaining ''held'' by them. I do not recommend.
PS: We are end of 2024 and I guess they decided to try to clean their act online.
12 new reviews 5 stars just showed up back to back (all only have 1 review here - Your Site & nothing else) + I personally just received an email from TrustPilot to fill additional forms or the review will be deleted ...

What happened to me is valid.
I was top 100 earner for almost a year.
The amounts I provided you were massive.
How you treated me over one lying customer is unbelievable. Not even a decent humain answer... After all the % you took from me over the time. It's not decent. It's aberrant.
PS: You just replied here to my comment & just confirmed trying to "clean your online act" which is why I was asked some more personal informations to keep my review Online... Thank you so much 🙏 for stating clearly that what happened to me is valid from your point of you, from your own guidelines. You give yourself authorization to hold any payout without justification. 💰 My story, isn't the only one like this. Several other websites have reviews of others, who just like me, where stolen from you. 👁️ Thank you Karma for returning the Justice here. ⚖️

Although we aren’t able to substantiate your specific case after requesting some more details from you via Trustpilot, we can say that all reports are reviewed by humans and investigations are conducted to review each unique situation. We look at the full context of each situation and would never suspend an account based on unsubstantiated claims from an individual user.
The Code of Conduct outlines the disciplinary policy, stating “Depending on the seriousness of the violation, sanctions can range from a warning to a permanent account suspension.” The Independent Contractor Agreement details the company’s policy on enforcement, investigations, earnings withholdings, and termination.
Given that there is a mutually aligned incentive for the company to retain top earners, it seems apparent that your behavior on the platform was egregious enough to warrant an account suspension.

We can assure you that accounts are not suspended for no reason. Account suspensions can happen when a user breaks the Terms of Service and/or commits credit card fraud. Furthermore, on the cancellation, suspension, closure, or termination of a user account for any reason, any new accounts that are created by the same individual will promptly be suspended.
