Terrible business avoid at all cost
We knew something was amiss when we were told the seal would cost €20 to send to our home address. When the seal arrived at their office, the fee went up to €50.
After all the bad press surrounding the British Virgin Islands we decided to close the account.
We immediately received an email stating that to liquidate the company it would cost €2200, more than what it cost to set up the company. If we wanted to stop using the structure, then we still had to pay €350.
If this is not taking advantage, I don't know what is. Oh, and by the way, they are slow, inefficient and unreliable. And to top it off the person we spoke to was just out of college and didn't have a clue when we asked any questions.
One of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
SCAM
The only thing working in this company is when they need money.
Then they will contact you, for payment.
I registered a Company with them 1 jan. 2014 and did pay about 1350 euros for that. I did pay extra for that they would send the papers to me within 1 month. But it never did happen. I contacted the company severely times by email and by phone. but nothing did happen. One time I was lucky to get an email back. where they did ask me to registrar the company one more time. most of the emails I did send was never answered upon. or they did send an email back with the person you contacted is on holiday.
It is the most bad service I ever did experience. now they even start to ask for more money. and I still did not get any papers.
my advice to others find someone else. this company is not worth the time and money
