I had been looking for an EM 303 Caravan Motor Mover and found a Used one on the SFM Caravans website.It looked in very good condition. I contacted them about it and spoke to Holly. She could not have been more helpful and arranged delivery to suit me being at home. Motor Mover was delivered quickly and I am over the moon with the condition of it. Well done all at SFM. First class service.

Replacement caravan window
We had a stone fly up and chip our Bailey Caravan front window we had a choice either pay a lot of money for a new window claim on the insurance and lose our no claims bonus so we decided to go down the salvage route I phoned SFM Caravans and spoke to Holly who was very pleasant and helpful within minutes she had located a replacement window for me and even posted it out to our caravan holiday site unfortunately unbeknown to them the window fittings were different to mine they arranged collection of the window and sent out a new replacement I cannot praise this company enough they are helpful and very proffesional If ever I need anymore parts I will use this company again many thanks to all at SFM

This company will take your money and sell you useless rubbish and when you attempt to get a refund they will shout and swear at you and refuse to return your money.
They are without doubt crooks.

Rip off merchants
Rip off merchants,
we bought a caravan part from this company and were assured it fitted our caravan however it did not fit, we contacted the company and we got a torrent of abuse and foul language, needless to say we never got a refund or an apology, terrible people.
Souce your caravan parts elsewhere this company does not deserve our custom.

If we could post screenshots of the actual email trail we would, there was no foul language or a torrent of abuse involved. We would appreciate it if you didn't make up false accusations about our company.
We offered you a refund upon the goods been returned to us, you have refused this. We asked for an accurate diagram of the bunk bed, we asked for this as there are different variants which we made you aware of on the telephone. You then turned up on site without the information we requested, we then tried to work with the measurements which you could provide. You were happy with the bunk which we showed you and left our premises with it, we never assured you that it would fit your caravan.

Ordered part from this firm ,paid over the top for postage. The item never arrived . Tracking number said out for delivery today . waited in all day ,It never arrived . Phoned Parcel force who had no idea were my parcel was.
