They have been responsive to any questions I've had, never had any issues to speak of, would recommend.

I have been with SG since the 1st August 2011. They are always reliable and respond quickly to any queries. With SG Umbrella payments are prompt and on time and the service is easy to use.

I've used SG for a few years and they have been perfect. Great comms and always respond to any questions immediately.

I recently returned to work and decided to once again work through SG Umbrella, having had a good experience with them in the past.
As before I found the whole experience easy, efficient and pleasant. Their systems were easy to use, both for me and for the client company that had hired me. Billing and payment all worked smoothly and swiftly. And most of all, all the people I dealt with at SG Umbrella were pleasant and helpful - you really felt they had your back.
I will definitely use them again and if you are reading this review, considering which company to use, I would recommend that you do too.

My experience with SG has been excellent. Their staff are extremely helpful and efficient, their internal processes is well organised as a result decision making and turnaround times are better than what one can expect. Besides Salary is paid on time every time. Highly recommended based on service levels and cost benefit analysis.

Been to many different Umbrella companies however this one is very different, Extremely helpful, honest, Very good customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I've been using SG Umbrella for 2½ years and they are just what you need from an Umbrella company. They are quick to respond to emails (normally same day response during business hours) and are efficient and helpful to any queries I've had with them over the period. I can highly recommend them if you need their services. I'm stopping work for a while but will certainly use them again when I return to work if I need an Umbrella for that.

I’ve been using the services provided by SG Umbrella for the past 2 years now. Samantha and her team have been professional and so easy to work with. Payments have always been prompt, they have been helpful and professional throughout.

The team are extremely helpful with enquiries. Payments are always made on time and the team are very professional and have always taken the time to explain all the details.

Excellent company. Always been paid on time and helpful staff on the phones.

I used SG Umbrella for a short term, but during this time nothing was too much trouble.

You can pick up the phone and speak to your direct contact, who will assist you with anything you need help with.

I did experience on two occasions my pay was paid into my bank account on a different date to my suggested agreed paid date.

They run payroll twice a week Tuesday and Friday so depending on them receiving monies and clearing from your agency it could fall outside of this window.

SG provide an Exceptional Service. I'm always paid on time and they provide references for me very promptly as and when required.
