Defective products and Bad customer service
I ordered quite a few items to try this brand including a set of 3 camisoles. Items came fairly fast, however 2 out of the 3 camisoles were defective. The elastic band under bust is loose resulting in the items being several centimeters larger on each side. It is a very obvious defect so i would question their quality control, particularly as it occured in 2 out of 3 items.
I immediately contacted customer service via whatsapp, then email. Each time had to wait several days for an answer, which is always "it's normal variation, send us your preferred size and we will send replacements". Problem is i already told them i want tye same size, just not defective. The message looks like a standard reply copy paste.
In addition, i found on the website that the "Singapore" company's address is in China...with country put as "Sangapore"....
Other items are comfortable but i don't know how long they will last

After a few email exchanges i have now received replacement for the 2 defective items. They did start to communicate faster and advised on expected timeline of new arrival, which was fast.
