Saul and his team have been fantastic in helping me handle my lease extension, making smooth and simple what I had feared would be a long and painful process. At the beginning, Saul took the time to clearly and comprehensively explain to me how lease extensions worked. Throughout the process, his whole team has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this service and would have no hesitation in using them again myself.

I echo a lot of the reviews already written here for Saul, Michelle and the team at SG Surveyors. I will never forget the personal touch Saul has with his clients. He actually takes time out to speak to the customer and explain things in plain layman's terms before, during and after the service. To be honest, I don't think they were overly expensive, quite reasonable in fact. I would have been happy paying the premium for Saul's extensive experience and knowledge when it comes to leasehold extensions, enfranchisement etc. I would happily recommend Saul, Michelle and his team - everything went smoothly, timely and effortlessly and I couldn't thank the team enough! I contacted Saul and Michelle to complete a leasehold conveyancing survey on my property, I received excellent advise over the phone prior to the survey, the survey itself was carried out at a time and date that suited my work schedule, and the report was issued within 72 hours, all follow up questions were answered immediately by Saul and Michelle over the phone and by email
