A bunch of fake people

Enough said about the outrageous fake human race one gets to witness here. I want to talk about the leeching of their Tele callers. First they have to realise that they are not dealing with a commodity but a human life. One said that as an NRI the amount to pay for o package was “not much”. Who is to decide this?. Oh and their level of expecting compromises led me to say “ok then I will marry the dog on the road.” I told them to shortlist just five profiles according to my criteria and call me. And if one of them felt a fit, I would pay. They never called back. Clearly goes to show that they do not have real profiles.

shaadi.com is run by professional…

shaadi.com is run by professional scammers!

Every week they change advisors, and they never call as they promised. They repeatedly lied, even though you left a message, he/she never answered. It's a handpick one, matchmaking, but they never do the job. They never leave updates; they scam you and prove to a bank that they give services. It's an 8-month service, it's not even four months.

Would never recommend this

Would never recommend this
They never answer your call when you face problem after getting the subscription
Hopeless people, never trust them
They will be behind you like anything while getting you the subscription and once that is done you are screwed.
Worst experience ever.

Absolute bunch of scammers

Absolute bunch of scammers.
Terrible support and communication - and incorrect information given when questions were asked about my account. Asked to cancel and refund me within minutes of taking out a premier membership and was ignored. Followed this up with multiple emails and again ignored. Then eventually told me they won't refund me as I has 'used the service' - all I did was click around as you do with the basic package.
Take notice of the other reviews about them (wish I did) and AVOID!!

Shaadi.com is a fraud app

Shaadi.com is a fraud app. They charge 16k for the rishta’s and don’t provide any good family rishte. The groom side is completely fraud. They don’t know how to proceed with the clients . The staff and advisors are very rude .

Big Fraud

I have taken this services very recently and this is one of the worst service. Please don't waste your hard earned money. They do nothing special and dont get fooled by their nonsense marketing gimmicks.

If you have basic necessities like decent education, salary jst host your profile in it and take normal premium package to access phone numbers. You can contact them directly and take things forward.

I repeat don't waste ur money on VIP. If u have any doubts u can drop a comment here i can give more information.

My 3 years free account was ok

My 3 years free account was ok. This year they target to me directly and offered 55% off and 100% money back guarantee if I not happy. By chat they gave me 60% discount for Diamond+ for 6 months. Even I paid cannot see any contact details like free account. same as free I send request only. After my payment within 24 hrs they deleted my 3 Years profile. WHY?
I have no access now. After the chat I met some problems in my pc. Also found some virus as well.

They are worst please don't go for it. They should name Barbaadi.com. They try to call you for diamond membership. They will do auto renewal and charge money on your credit card so don't given them any information.

The VIP agent fraud Jayesh lied to me…

The VIP agent fraud Jayesh lied to me and stole my money. Promised me 6 months I got 3 months and some odd days. He lied and Shaadi.com backed him up. Their excuse was I didn’t speak up before VIP expired. Well I was communicating with the fraud Jayesh. That doesn’t count or he doesn’t work for you. I wish I could upload his useless lies and worthless communication. Then he calls himself a “hustler” on what’s app in his profile. The idiot hustled me. I want my money back.
