I purchased a package for Sonu Films Photography but my experience has been very disappointing.

Most of the leads provided are not genuine and there is no proper response from clients. The service promised at the time of purchase has not been delivered.

There is also no proper support from the team. I request the company to resolve this issue or process my refund as soon as possible.

They only know how to take money from…

They only know how to take money from their clients. They'll make many promises. They'll say many things, saying they'll do everything, but as soon as they get money, they start ignoring you. Then no one will pick up your calls, no one will provide you with services. So I'd say stay away from this platform.

Shaadidukaan.com is fraud and scammers

I run my photography business under the name Swaaz Studio in Chandigarh. My recent experience with the shaadidukaan.com team has been extremely distressing. I was misled with false assurances and deceptive offers, resulting in a payment of ₹94,500 from my side. After the payment, the concerned persons have stopped responding to my calls, leaving me with no clarity and no fulfilment of commitments.
Sequence of Events:
On 26th August 2025, I first received a call from an individual identifying himself as Sushant Singh Rajput from Shaadidukaan.com. Upon questioning, he revealed his real name as Naresh Singh Chauhan. He misrepresented facts, claiming I was an old vendor since 2020, and offered me a wedding photography project worth ₹3.5 lakhs if I purchased a “Trending Package” worth ₹23,600, which supposedly guaranteed 24 weddings a year or a money-back option.
To build trust, he even conducted a WhatsApp video call showing your Jaipur office space and later asked me to prepare a quotation in my company’s name. I complied, and subsequently deposited ₹23,600 into the account of Shaadidukaan.com.
After this, another representative, Mr. Suraj, denied my eligibility for the wedding project that had been promised, blaming Naresh for misrepresentation. Later, Suraj convinced me to upgrade to the “Elite Package” worth ₹94,500, assuring me of instant confirmed weddings. He even gave written commitments and showed photographs with you, Mr. Rohit Sharma, to gain my confidence. Believing this to be genuine, I deposited the full amount into the company’s account (Arnav Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.).
Post-payment, both Suraj and Naresh have stopped taking my calls. I even reached out to Ms. Prachi, who was introduced as my relationship manager. Despite repeated follow-ups for over two weeks, I have not received any response, and my profile remains incomplete — my photographs are not visible on the platform.
Shaadidukaan.com is fraud group. They are misleading innocent photographers and minting money by false promises. Be aware of these fraudsters who are behaving like scammers. They are cyber criminals.

If there was an option for less than…

If there was an option for less than one star, I would have clicked that.

ShadiDukaan cheated me of ₹30,000 + 18% GST.

They have fooled me twice in the last three years.
They lure people with attractive offers like:

“We will give you first wedding work worth ₹4,50,000.”

“You will receive ₹72,000 + travel allowance immediately.”

“As soon as you reach the venue, you will get ₹2,50,000 on the spot.”

“After completing the work, you will receive full payment before delivery.”

“All payments will be done directly by ShadiDukaan.”

These kinds of offers are being used by them to trap people and fill their own pockets.

They are absolute frauds.
Please don’t fall for their words.
Protect your hard-earned money.

A Nationwide Eye-Opener

“A Nationwide Eye-Opener – How ShaadiDukaan’s Staff Exploited Me & Why Every Photographer Must Stay Alert”

I am writing this detailed review not out of anger, but out of deep disappointment and emotional exhaustion after being cheated, manipulated and financially exploited by three of Shaadi Dukaan's employees — Daksh (Jaipur office), Abhijeet (Noida office) and Muskaan (telecaller).

What happened with me is not just a “bad experience”; it is a case study of how a platform misuses trust, pressures vendors, and extracts money using misleading promises and shifting goalposts.

1. The Beginning of the Fraud – The First ₹10,000 + GST

I was assured that after paying ₹10,000 + GST, my listing would go live and my pending payment of ₹62,800 (from their so-called “confirmed wedding lead”) would reflect promptly.

They spoke with confidence, urgency, and false assurance.
I trusted them.
That was my mistake.

2. The Second Blow – Another ₹10,000 + GST Extracted Through Pressure

Soon after the first payment, their story changed.

Suddenly, I was told:

“Sir listing abhi nahi hua… aap ek baar aur ₹10,000 + GST karwa dijiye… is baar pakka activation ho jayega.”

This time there was stress, emotional pressure, and manipulative language.
I paid again — ₹20,000 + GST in total.

3. The Shocking Twist – A Demand for ₹30,000 + GST More

After taking ₹20,000 + GST, EVERY promise vanished.

They shamelessly told me:

“Sir, system rules change ho gaye hain. Ab aapko ₹30,000 + GST aur dena hoga.”

Let that sink in.

A company openly admits their own staff made a mistake, still puts the burden on ME, and then demands more money with a casual “rules change ho gaye”.

This is not miscommunication.
This is not negligence.
This is structured financial exploitation.

4. Zero Accountability – Only Excuses, Silence and Fake Promises

I tried email, WhatsApp, calls, and every possible platform.
They are experts in avoiding responsibility.

Their telecaller Muskaan gave sweet assurances.
Daksh kept shifting his statements.
Abhijeet avoided calls entirely after taking payments.

Not ONE of them took ownership of the mess THEY created.

5. Emotional & Financial Harassment

For over 72 hours, I kept waiting for the promised “payment reflection”.
Nothing happened.

What DID happen was:

Mental harassment

Emotional stress

Loss of time

Loss of money

Loss of trust

Damage to my operations and team morale

My company faced lakhs of rupees worth of loss due to their fake commitments.

6. Meanwhile, They’re Busy Collecting Fake Positive Reviews

Suddenly, a flood of 5-star reviews started appearing on this platform.

All from fresh accounts.
All praising their “amazing team” and “ethical support”.
All within a suspicious time frame.

This is classic reputation-washing.

While genuine vendors like me are crying for justice,
they are busy building a wall of fake positivity to bury the truth.

7. This Review Is Not Just Mine – It’s The Beginning of a Movement

What happened with me is not an isolated incident.
Dozens of photographers across India have messaged me with similar stories.

This review is the beginning of a nationwide awareness movement —
a “Desh-Vyapi Andolan” against unethical practices, fraud, and manipulation by certain employees of Shaadi Dukaan.

8. My Message to All Photographers & Wedding Vendors

If you value your hard-earned money…
If you value your peace…
If you value your dignity…

Stay miles away from such people.

Their employees do not honor commitments.
They pressure you into payments.
They change rules overnight.
They emotionally manipulate you.
And when the fraud is done…
They simply stop responding.

9. My Official Stand

I am now pursuing this through:

Consumer Court (Upbhokta Forum)

Cyber Cell

Public Social Media

Legal Counsel

And I will ensure that no other photographer in this country suffers what I did.

This review is not written out of revenge.
It is written out of responsibility....
toward my fraternity, my team, and every small business that relies on trust.

⭐ Final Words

I gave them trust.
They exploited it.
I gave them time.
They wasted it.
I gave them money.
They swallowed it.

This review is my public testimony of what really goes on behind the scenes...
beyond their fake promises, beyond their fake reviews, and beyond their fake professionalism.

If even ONE photographer is saved through this review,
then my struggle was worth it.🙏

Fraud company

I made a payment of ₹30,000 + GST in March 2025 after Shaadidukaan promised to provide 40 genuine wedding leads for my photography business. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Till date, I have received only 5 leads, and none of them were genuine. There was absolutely no value delivered for the amount they charged.

What’s worse, their team pressured me to pay the full amount, repeatedly assuring me that I would start receiving wedding leads immediately after the payment. This commitment was never fulfilled.

Their service feels misleading and unprofessional, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment.

ShaadiDukaan Refund Scam – No Service, No Support, No Return

I want to share my poor experience with ShaadiDukaan.
Around three months ago, I purchased a plan worth ₹23,600. At the time of purchase, I was assured confirmed weddings along with a money-back guarantee.

However, after making the payment, the team repeatedly pressured me to upgrade to higher plans (₹47,200 and even ₹1,00,000), even though the services from my first plan were never delivered. I refused further upgrades for this reason.

Till date, I have not received a single confirmed wedding, nor the refund that was promised to be processed within one month. Most of my follow-ups were ignored, and I received absolutely no support from the company despite continuous attempts to contact them.

The promises made at the time of purchase turned out to be completely misleading, and the overall experience reflects unfair, unreliable, and deceptive practices. I have already initiated a dispute with my bank and am now proceeding with legal action through the Consumer Forum and Cyber Crime Cell.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever – this company is a complete fraud.
They sell fake packages and make big promises just to take your money. Once you pay, they stop answering your calls and avoid all responsibility. They repeatedly breach trust and waste your time with false assurances like “today” or “tomorrow,” but deliver nothing in return. Every member of this company operates with the same fraudulent approach.

Do not fall for their trap – Shaadidukaan is fake, misleading, and untrustworthy.

Absolutely a scam

Absolutely a scam. They sent a customer ( likely their employee) who wanted wedding catering.
This customer gollowed up and confirmed a sample menu. Like really. And then directed me to this website saying they will give advance.
Mind you , no menu discussion , no venue address, he wouldnt even meet me.

Website said I have to do paid listing else I cannot work.

When I said let me meet the customer see the wedding venue...they disappeared.

Please do not trust them as they are very unprofessional

They told me to take some trending package and asked me to pay 35 and they mentioned they will give me 24 weddings. I was hesitant so they mentioned to pay half and they will transfer the advance within 48 hrs for a wedding in Udaipur for 3.5L . Post that their accounts team says advance of this value is only transferred for elite package which is some 1L + GST while the sales guy says you pay 60k and he will get me two big wedding advances of 1.4L and 7L each. Doesn’t this seem fishy already ?
On top of it they are not willing to refund the 17k which I paid earlier as well instead they are saying they will give me some 30-40k budget weddings for the trending package . All this wasn’t even mentioned prior to this so how to trust these guys. Be careful as they just will try and sell you anything but hardly will they help you with getting any of it converted back
