Beautiful but disappointed
I bought many art from shaden& daysam, most looked beautifully amazing, but I was very disappointed by two of them, The frame had cardboard instead of the backing frame used on the other frames, I mean by cardboard literally a big box like the ones you use for moving cut to the dimensions of the frame. I don’t think I will be buying them as gifts just to not be surprised and disappointed, but the art itself looked beautiful.

Had to pay a duty upon receiving my order
The service was fairly quick. My frames and prints arrived in well packaged boxes. Nothing was broken inside. My items for some reason were shipped from USA so I had to pay a fee upon receiving my order. I had thought this was a Canadian company (which it is) so was surprised that I had to pay duty upon receiving my items. So that was a downer. The seller gave me a $50 gift card with an apology. But I wish this didn’t happen as I didn’t really wanna order any more stuff. Whatever I liked I had ordered in the first go.
