IMPOSSIBLE to Cancel once Subscribed.
I purchased a Month-to-Month subscription, which they clearly state can be cancelled at any time. I was a satisfied customer for over a year, eventually receiving more than a dozen pairs of sunglasses. The items themselves are fine - but I reached a point where I just had enough pairs of sunglasses. I was able to "suspend" my account, but after MANY attempts to close/cancel my account, all of my requests have been ignored. They are storing my personal information AND my payment methods and I want that information deleted! I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and that too was ignored.
