I chose this product by mistake

I chose this product by mistake. As expected, I received a crude knockoff of Cartier sunglasses from China, worth $3.90.

The counterfeits offered by this fraudulent company originate in China and are illegal. I expect the website will be shut down soon.

Don't buy, don't support Chinese knockoffs!

Take the money, deliver no glasses

Unfortunately, when you order and pay and no glasses arrive, they then take months of delay tactics and still do not refund you. They blame 'logistics' which is no concern to the paying customer. Legal action commenced.

Where are the Tom Ford sunglasses?

I ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. When the package arrived, although there was a glass case, there were NO sunglasses inside! I attempted to call their customer service line but "number not currently available" is the message that I repeatedly received...I have escalated to my credit card company!

Be aware of returning sunglasses

Be aware of returning sunglasses. Refund took 3 weeks of chasing , way beyond their sla , excuses of were processing and repeatedly being asked to prove it was posted. Then they issued a refund which they subsequently cancelled ! Avoid at all costs

Returns policy not correct

I found what looked online like the perfect pair of Tom Ford sunglasses on Shades Corner, at a really good price. When the glasses turned up, they really didn't suit me so I asked Shades Corner if I could return them, and they agreed. I sent them back via RMSD as requested and Shades Corner confirmed they received them. Then after chasing them regularly, for over 20 days for a refund and getting nowhere, I gave up and notified my credit card company to take it up with them. Be careful buying from these guys - they mention 14 day hassle free returns on their website, but it's just not true. I don't think I have ever had a return take so long from any other online retailer. I wouldn't order from them again, despite the really good product range and pricing, so it's a shame!

Avoid, avoid avoid

Dreadful experience with these. Paid for fast shipping, they took over 5 days to get to me. Sent back for a refund, glasses had to be sent to a PO Box address and they took about 10 days to collect the parcel. Now it's been 17 days since it was delivered and I am still waiting for a refund. Just avoid using them, there's plenty of respectable places to buy sunglasses from.

Paid for a premium delivery service so…

Paid for a premium delivery service so they arrived in time, Shades Corner did not enter adequate address details for Royal Mail. Still not received anything from Shades Corner (over 2 weeks now) and all I do receive is pointless emails saying “this is being investigated”

Kept pounding me with e mails offering…

Kept pounding me with e mails offering discounts. couldn't get the codes to work. I contacted their customer services who told me to pay and they would provide the 15 % discount retrospectively so I did. Once i received the glass's and asked for the discount , they refused ! saying I had already had a discount applied, which i told them in the first place. Unbelievable !!

Shades never arrived

Shades never arrived. The company are ignoring my emails. The phone number on the website doesn't work. Having to go to citizens advice and trading standards. Complete waste of time. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company

I ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, received confirmation of my order on the 9th October and then nothing, I have sent a number of emails to their support email address and had no response, I will always give organisations the benefit of doubt, but it would appear this is fraud having paid £196 including express delivery and not even had an email response to my query, they have taken my money and not supplied the goods within a reasonable time. Do Not Buy anything from this company if my experience is anything to go by.

Ordered glasses which were faulty and no refund as promised

Ordered glasses which were faulty. They apologised and said they would send another pair and no need to return previously seen faulty ones and to dispose of them which I did. Then the glasses are out of stock, I buy another pair elsewhere and they offer a refund which never arrives. They then say they have them back in stock and I say I don’t need them and they say they will send a refund. Nothing arrives, and they ask for the first glasses back which they told me to not return and dispose of. Awful product and even worse after care

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!

Beware, these guys are selling counterfeit sunglasses. They then ask you to return the item to an address that doesn't exist. Luckily I paid with Paypal who opened a case and resolved it for me.

Things to check if you buy from them (I bought Tom Ford sunglasses)

1. The TOM FORD logo on the lens should be clear and not wonky characters.
2. They should have a serial number on the inside of the arm by your ear.
3. The Tom Ford plaque by the ear should be clear and there should be a space between Tom and Ford, their ones didn't.
4. Check the model number you actually receive from them on Google, the full model probably won't exist. It'll be something like FT788 001A.

Took mine into Selfridges and compared to genuine glasses and confirmed with staff, these were fake. Watch out!
