I ordered a dress for 1,000 dollars on sale for my wedding. It was advertised to be silk and chiffon with zardozi embroidery. What I received in the mail was shocking.
The dress arrived late, it’s only 7 days until my wedding now- it took 6 weeks to arrive without custom sizing.
The dress is barely stitching together, loose threads literally everywhere, very cheap fabric, cheap everything. The gharara is super light, not heavy zardosi. It was so horrifying that I cried.
Maybe they sent me a fake garment or a garment that is a knockoff of their product? I can’t believe this company has positive Reviews.
The customer service was good but the delivery date and promise of service, quality of the garment is literally a 1/10.
It looks like it’s from a halloween store, and it weighs the same.
I couldn’t be less impressed- and now i am 1,000$ down, which is a lot of money for such a poor quality garment. I literally wouldn’t buy it from a halloween shop. It has weird, cheap lining that isnt in the picture, it’s boxy and constructed to fit a linebacker.
I feel swindled and saddened by this experience, I would never do this to anyone.
I was sold on good reviews but buyers BEWARE.

The concept of the dress was good, but it arrived later than promised, had to chase them up for it, the embroidery wasn’t complete in several areas, and the drawing of the embroidery on incomplete areas was very visible! Moreover, no zip was attached as promised, which is a huge disadvantage for such a heavy dress. The embroidery itself was falling apart from various areas. I didn’t have a choice as there was no time to find another option, this was such a disappointment altogether.

I chatted with them on WhatsApp and they helped me pick the available dresses and how to order. My order came flawless, everything according to my measure. Really trustworthy

My experience with Shadidress.com was a positive one. I ordered a custom made dress for a wedding, the price was good, if not better than most websites. I wasn’t sure if the website was legit or not as it wasn’t personally recommended to me, I happened to just come across the website while searching for a specific dress.

My dress came in a month (which was the timeline I expected due to covid and the fact that it was custom made). The dress was perfect in every way. I was genuinely surprised that everything turned out soo well as I was anticipating the worst because there was a delay for a few days so it kind of made me panic. It was packaged in a way where the dress wouldn’t get damaged when being shipped/transported. The dress itself was an excellent fit, I was so impressed.

I’m so happy everything worked out for me. Shadidress.com were in constant contact with me via their business account on WhatsApp.

I searched through so many Indian/Pakistani websites and a lot of the trust pilot reviews were either fake or really bad reviews exposing the company. The only reviews I could find on shadidress.com were google reviews, so I went for the website based on that.

I just wanted to add my review on trust pilot so I can help anyone else that is searching for a legit website. The last thing you want to do is waste your time and money on a place that doesn’t value their customers needs. It took me about 4 days of continuously searching for a legit website so I really hope this review helps someone out there.
