Use caution with this company


Issues with vehicle since purchase, and now garage are refusing to talk to us or resolve this issue; and have passed our complaints to their legal team - who havent been in touch for over a week - serious mechanical issue and told us false information on warranty - currently have a 22,000 vehicle which is unsafe. False claims of belts changed, knocking issues, DPF tampering and engine restrictions - all present on purchase - obviously not checked prior to sale and when issues brought to light no response to letters before action.

Car was exactly as described, communication from start to finish was spot on. Joe looked after me and made a lovely coffee! Will be back again soon.
