My go-to hoodies! I honestly wear my hoodies at least 3 times a week.. the quality is great and I personally think it is very much so worth the price. I got my first one as a gift and it was awesome and made me order more!

All my favorite hoodies are by shadow hill. They are comfortabel yet fashionable. I have had one for the longest time, the prints don’t fade and they keep their quality (unlike some other webshops out there). Shipping is also fast :)!

Received order confirmation very quick. Will definitely be a go to sweatshirt. Super soft go-to sweatshirt. Sizing is perfect, a little oversized but in a good way and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Shadow Hill is the best! It has the trendiest clothing and best customer service. Shipping is fast and the website is easy to navigate. I don’t understand the negative reviews becauss my experiences have been great! Definitely do not hesitate to purchase a cute item from them!

Shadow Hill USA has the coolest gear ever. Seriously. Coolest colours and of course and most importantly, the most comfortable jumpers. I brought a few of my shadow hill hoodies with me when I went skiing and I looked and felt super cool. If you're looking for sick jumper set, head to shadow hill usa and that's exactly where you will find one. Also quality is top notch!

I absolutely love Shadow Hill. I have recently bought a hoodie from them and it is such good quality. It looks great and it is so comfy. I would definitely recommend Shadow Hill to anyone that would like to buy lounge wear. Definitely worth it.

The prices fit the products perfectly and the styles that they offer are so amazing and like no other. I would seriously reccomend this brand to everyone. They have no return policy just that you cannot return unless the product is defective? Never use this popup EVER! Emails are vague and the owners are ignorant when it comes to business. They are lucky that entitled Effs support their practices.

Ordered my gear about 4 and a half weeks ago, was just sent a week ago. I had to email 3 times to follow up about my gear, the replies were very vague and unhelpful. The customer service was very poor too. Spent almost $300 US dollars on clothing and also paid $60 for shipping. Seeming I paid this much for shipping I thought I would be receiving my clothing about 4 weeks ago. I was very annoyed about the fact I had to keep following up to make sure I even got my gear in the first place. I have had the same experience for 2 other purchases, which were gift cards, after lots of emails and DM's in attempt for a reply they finally replied very vaguely saying that they were refunding my money, after I missed my friends birthday who it was a gift for. Very disappointed in the customer service, and I will not be hurrying to buy anymore purchases from Shadow Hill.

This store is the worst. I placed my order on November 26th, 2018, and it is now December 16th, 2018. Tomorrow it will be 3 weeks since I placed my order, and I still have recieved no tracking information or conformation of shipment. I have emailed customer service three times now, gotten 0 response, DMed their instagram account, gotten 0 reponse. They do not have a customer service phone number, so basically at this point I just have to dispute the charge on my card with the bank or hope customer service freaking answers. Needless to say I will never purchase from them again. Had this issue been resolved with customer service, I wouldn't feel the need to publicly bash the company on here, but at this point I feel compelled to warn other consumers. May I add that I consulted the previous reviews of Shadow Hill on this website before ordering them. I saw several negative reviews regarding shipping and customer service but just disregarded them in hopes that my experience would be different. Moral of the story, listen to reviews.

The customer service is downright awful. The people seem like they are nice enough but it took 2 Instagram direct messages and 3 emails before I was able to get any kind of response. What was the response, might you ask? The answer? Very vague. "We expect *product* to be out by the end of the week," but I ordered a hoodie and shirt on October 9th. They told me that after it had already been 8 days since I ordered it. I am writing this on October 25th and neither of my items has shipped and no one is doing anything about it. I have never written an angry review like this, and it makes me sad that I have to because I have been a loyal customer of this brand and have already spent around $400 on their hoodies. This cost me $120, and their shipping costs $11. If I could get a refund, I would definitely want one. After almost 2 years of being a big fan of this brand, I regretfully must say, this will be my last purchase.
