Wanted to buy an item and when I checked out and payed for it, I suddenly had money deposited which was less than the amount the Item costs. So now I am stuck with money in my Account which isn't enough to buy what I wanted. It never said I am depositing money, it just said "Buy Item" but I didnt buy it. And now they refuse to refund me nice.

sold a 99 dollar item ... the trasaction said it was finished but the payment didint come throught ... was worried and wrote a ticket no response a hour later i got it .. was worried it might have been a scam but good site .. i reccomend to u all

‎GREAT experience! The commissions are the lowest, and trades are completed almost instantly. Had one small issue with a trade, but it was resolved very fast. The BEST site!!!

‎This site is fire! low commissions, fast trades, and they’ve got some great deals, especially on high tier CS items. Had a tiny hiccup with a withdrawal, but support was on it right away. Anyway, overall I'm very satisfied

I sold my CS2 items worth 23.58$ in website, but when i try to withdraw money using cyripto, it says the maximum amount's 0$ and I'm not able to write number here. As a result I completely unable to use cyripto withdrawal method.

If you are wondering if these people are genuine I can confirm they are. BUT HUGE DISCLAIMER, after depositing funds I was not able to immediately purchase my items. This made me extremely anxious also my ip was banned from the site and account restricted. I thought I was scammed. I reached out to support via email and the ban was lifted and I purchased my knife. Please use my disclaimer as caution when using this site. TO SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND STRESS. I originally contacted my bank thinking these people were fraudulent. I can assure you they are not. But this site is lacking compared to others.

Impossible to withdraw money. It starts to ask for your national ID number and address, but somehow it just doesn't find it. So once your money is in ShadowPay, it sure stays there because they don't want to give it away.

I bought marble fade gloves and knife and your money is safe no doubt about it they will ask u when there is a big money moving but its for ur safety. Sometimes it will take some time i was had to add 5$more i wait for 12 hours but if that wasnt you? u can call your bank and take your money back. And i have to tell this there is a SUPERCAT reply u back fast as he can @elvis ty my man
