I have ordered twice from your store. Although I love your products I have yet to receive a complete order due to not having items in stock. I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses and only received 1. I understand that I have been refunded however it seems that 25% fulfillment rate is what you are offering.

I wore these glasses for three days, and then one of the stems broke while on my face. I was extremely frustrated, but Jasmine made it right. She explained they just caught wind of a faulty shipment, and she sent out a replacement pair that she personally inspected. I appreciate her thoroughness with this matter, and I'll definitely make more purchases.

They are a great company. I ordered a pair of shades, but when they arrived I had gotten the wrong color. All I did was send them an email and they quickly responded and sent a new pair. Shipping was fast and the price is unbeatable!

I still have not received the sunglasses. I received an email telling me they had been delivered. They had, but not to my home. They were delivered back to the company in California. I have sent 2 emails but have not received a reply yet. So far this has not been a good purchase nor good customer service on the company's part.
