Terrible customer service. I purchased something in the sale and asked for an exception to be made for a return as the light fixture physically couldn’t be attached to the wall. I sent three emails with no acknowledgement. It was super unprofessional. I would not recommend this vendor.
Poor quality item broke and the customer service is shocking! Offered a discount on something else or a replacement. I asked for replacement and 4 months later they continue to tell me it hasn’t arrived back in stock and offer a discount off something else in the store. Disgusting company.
