You should wear a mask and carry a gun then at least I'd know I was being robbed.
Judging by the positive reviews that a few have written maybe this firm isn't that bad but I know that I will never consider purchasing anything from them again. I will try to keep this review brief as not to bore you. First of all the product I ordered was delayed because it was damaged by the courier then again when apparently they had to wait for new stock. Once my replacement order was finally picked up by the courier he decided to keep it for a week. When I finally received my purchase two weeks after the supposed delivery date, I was appalled at it's quality and performance. I still have the item which is a digital piano by the way, because this company are refusing to take it back. Apparently there's a very fine line between being dissatisfied with a product and changing your mind. (See their returns policy). I would advise to look elsewhere for the stuff you need and not Shaitan (shitting) Exports.

I reported it and Shaitan Exports team replied to me at the same day.
Just received a new item!

Still waiting for delivery!
I have been contacted by the staff and now the owner of Shaitan exports and he assures me that it is not a scam website and that my goods will be sent.
Initially I was worried that it was a scam because of the delay in receiving the goods (which they say were damaged in transit and new goods were sent) and no response to my communications.
After speaking with the owner the replacement goods have still not been sent due to my Trustpilot review, but will be sent within the next few working days.
I will update this review and the amount of stars once they are received.

Disasterous customer service
They promised delivery two days after placing the order. It's now 3 days after order placement and the courier still says they are awaiting receipt of my package
Huge mistake using this company. They offer no telephone contact. They have stopped responding to chat and email. They are seemingly doing nothing to expedite my order. Avoid!
