It’s a very long wait for the products but they are phenomenal and worth waiting for.
My only issue is that I paid for tracked postage and it would have been helpful for me to have been able to track it myself. I emailed the business twice asking if they could verify it wasn’t lost and had no response either time.

have used shamandealer for years without too many problems, communication poor.
DID NOT receive last order placed on 9/9/25.
sent many emails without reply.
the order was not even acknowledged on the account,
nor a tracking number issued, even though, the invoice was generated and money exchanged.
LOST TRUST IN SHAMANDEALER

Emailed them with questions about San Pedro. Great communication at first even offered me a coupon code for a larger order. Placed the order and haven’t heard from them since. All of a sudden they don’t email me back. It’s a scam dude. 340 dollars POOF GONE.

Litteraly a few hours after putting this review up i receive an e-mail that the order has been shipped but that they are waiting for the track and trace code. That is good I guess but normally you receive the track and trace code when shipping. I'm not 100% sure yet and will keep updating this message.

We got beads instead of the san pedro we ordered!
We didn't check it timely as we ordered it to another adress.
Not amused!

I ordered mapacho at shamandealer. On the homepage was written, that the delivery takes 2-5 days.

Now 12 days later the mapacho has arrived in Lima/peru. As I have to leave Hawaii in 7 days I will not receive the promised order while i am here.

That’s a pitty, as far as the order wasn’t cheap at all. Email response was horrible and not answering any of my questions. Do yourself a favor and buy at a different company.

Got scammed . Ordered cactus powder package still at customs . Seller ignored me. Filled a claim with credit card company. Save yourself the trouble !

Same thing as everyone else. Placed an order, haven’t heard from them, haven’t received anything. I hope they get shut down soon. It’s a shame to misuse shamanic healing for profits.

I ordered at the beginning of the pandemic. Unfortunately it was many months before they could ship ANYTHING out of Peru. Then, they indicated they were finally able to ship and I was able to track it to Miami, where it stopped. A couple months later I wrote to them explaining that I’d like to order more items from them, but not if they weren’t going to make it to me. They responded and said they’d resend my order which they did and it arrived about three weeks later! I was impressed with that level of customer service and the items were packaged as they said they would be (one item labeled as powdered aloe was so convincing I had to use it before I knew it was what I’d actually ordered!) I will definitely order again. Keep in mind where the items are coming from and what you might be ordering. I believe you are getting authentic items from the Shaman Market in Iquitos—that has its own risks, and then getting these items shipped from the middle of the Amazon presents that many more challenges. Be thankful that there is a fairly reputable business willing to try to get these sacred items to you and give it a shot!

At the time we were unfamiliar with what is legal and what is not when it comes to cactus powder. We just thought we'd try some San Pedro Cactus Powder and did a search on it. Came across ShamanDealer and thought, why not? That was September 4th, 2020. Yes, it had a tracking number and wound up (finally!!) in Los Angeles on 10/18/20. We thought...any day now! But, no. Contacted the USPS on 11/14 (a month later, mind ya!) to report the 'missing package' and for a couple of months they would let us know they still could not locate the package. The last email from USPS was on 5/24/21 stating they were 'unable to locate' our 'missing item' and that our search request had 'expired'.
If we were to give the experience a "0" for a rating, we would. We wonder how the shamandealer sleeps at night knowing they made $46.00 off of someone who wasn't aware of the customs formality. We're assuming it was confiscated? Lesson learned.

Placed an order with this site for 244$ from US and instead of shipping specific items separate knowing they were at high risk of getting stopped at customs I lost the entire order of vitamins and rape kit and supplies. No response ever from the business, just a complete LOSS!! Dont waste your time or money if ordering SP in the USA!!!

After I ordered Mapacho online from shamandealer to be delivered to the UK I read some of the reviews on here so was a bit apprehensive that it would arrive. 3 weeks later it's got here no problem, can't wait to try it. Thankyou shamandealer!

I am waiting for months already for my order, no repy to my email or contact form request for information. I do not mind waiting so much but now I am afraid it will not come at all. A reply would help...but nothing but silence from shamandealer. I did have a good experience in the past, but I am nom really worried.

Hi. My name is Jay. I ordered from shermandealer.com over a year ago. I have received nothing. Just a few empty promises of refund. At first I thought it was because of covid and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But as time went on I realized that I was not important to them at all whatsoever my missing order was intercepted by customs for God knows what reason. I have heard from several sources that a package will be intercepted if the person sending it says it should be. That makes me very uncomfortable. Over the last year I have received less than I can count on one hand responses about my missing order. Just a few apologies and promise of refund from Henry Alba. They don't seem to be serious at all about getting your goods to you or refunding them. They just make excuses about government country and other things that aren't there fault. If I were anyone in the populace of America I would not order from shaman dealer.com unless you want your money to disappear forever with only a few responses of promise of refund I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of the way I have I have spent over $100 and received nothing from shaman dealer.com I'm not saying that it's a scam I am only saying that it's bad bad business.

Scam!!! Do not waste your money then they'll say custom has it its a scam!!!

I ordered in the begining of March and have yet to receive anything. The communication has been very difficult. I sent an email 3 days ago and no reply yet. My order was intercepted (which, upon research seems to only be possible if the sender requests for a package to be intercepted? If so, that's..concerning) and has now been stuck "in transit" for 19 days. Someone in the website chat said they'd reship, but I didn't receive any email or info about any new packages or a refund.

Shipping was fast. But I recieved the wrong item.
I send a total of 4 emails. With no reply.
2 emails were sent using their form 9n their website and 2 emails were sent on my personal email.
Been about a month now and still no response.
Do not recommend Shamandealer at all.

It took a very long time and the first package was lost. but they sent me another package and it was a lot faster and I received it. Just writing this to say thank you very much. The first package that got lost took so much time because of covid and customs which isn't their fault. Second package was much faster. Thank you Shamen Dealer!

I ordered herbs as well as mapacho cigars from Shaman Dealer in July 2020, and did not receive my order until October. I understand why some here are writing negative reviews due to a lack of communication, as I never received a response to several emails I had sent checking in on order status. BUT, they are not a scam, I did get my order in full and everything was incredibly fresh and potent. My advice is that their products are well worth the wait, so have patience, and understand we are grappling with not only delays from customs but a global pandemic. Know that if customs in your country delays or rejects your shipment, that’s not the company’s fault, and it’s your responsibility to research if customs will allow the products in your country. They’re clearly understaffed and not the best at answering emails but I love them and am so thankful I not only found them, but kept my patience. :) Well worth my wait.

Ordered Peruvian torch back in august and have yet to receive it. I did get a tracking number but it has not updated at all. Not even once. Sent two emails and no reply.
